Tribulus & 6OXO
-
Saturday, July 02, 2005 3:33 AM
Now that pro hormones seem to be band in britain, would Tribulus and 6OXO be the next best thing. Also 6oxo is f expensive, is there a cheaper alternative to 6oxo?

hmmm I'd say don't use anything that would required 6 OXO !! And why would you use 6OXO after tribulus ? Tribulus is not a PH.

Tribulus dosage in the mornings to boost test levels, 6oxo dosage in the nights to minimize estrogen levels (your levels are higher at night). That in theory works. How effective is it?- not very effective. Is it worth your money?- No, you may as well go buy some creatine.

Trib is for us old guys. 6-oxo is used to stabilize estrogen levels, normally after a PH/Steriod cycle.\ Peace

tribulus is used during a cycle to decrease the chances of your dick shrinking up...6oxo can be used as a boost, or for pct...but neither are worth it.....

Hey Socool / Mindfreak I’m not an expert on supps but I have taken Trib and ZMA for a few years and I take Trib for maintenance. Tribulus Terrestris is a testosterone enhancer, normally taken by people over the age of 25-30, because testosterone levels decrease with age. If your below that age I don’t think you really need to take Trib unless you feel your libido is off kilter, otherwise I really don’t think it will help you anabolically. If you do take Trib make sure you take a good product, one that contains Bulgarian Tribulus. As for ZMA, never heard of any bad affects by taking ZMA. Again, I don’t think it will help you anabolically during workouts. However, when you sleep deep, that’s where the anabolic aspect may come into play, because when one sleeps well that’s when your muscles recover and repair themselves. I take ZMA when I fail to sleep well. Although I only require 5-7hrs.sleep, by taking ZMA it feels as though I’ve slept for 8-10 hrs.and awake fully rested. In addition, my dreams are wild and vivid in color. Something I don’t experience in normal sleep dreams and not only that, but in my ZMA dreams I see faces of people; whereas, in my normal dreams I do not. Weird. Peace

If you are below 25, tribulus alone is pretty useless. I say you forget about it and just use creatine. If you really must, try the tribulus and you'll see how it doesnt help, then you'll be enlightened :) I happen yo have Formadrol V2 on me for when i was thinking about using M1T but since i changed my mind and sold the M1T i didnt know what to do with the formadrol. I'm thinking i'll stack it with trib and creatine, should give SOME size eh. If anything, i'll have good sex.

ORIGINAL: Nic hmmm I'd say don't use anything that would required 6 OXO !! And why would you use 6OXO after tribulus ? Tribulus is not a PH. Forget about that.. AI products like rebound XT, Novedex XT, Ultra hot, 6-oxo, etc, dont just inhibit aromatase; they also increase test and free test production as well. IF you dont believe me, just search out some bloodtests, done before and after the cycling of any of these products.. They are Very effectve test boosters in their own right.

Thanks for all the replys, by the way I am nearly 30 and my sex drive has almost gone. If 6oxo does increase testosterone and so does tribulous by a significant amount then maybe it is worth taking the two, but not if the testosterone prduced is 100 times less than steroids or something like that because that would be a pointless waste of money. Ive heard that tribulous also stimulates estrogen production, thats why I thought of the 6oxo, has anyone esle heard about this.

I currently take Tribulus 1000mg, Muira puama 1650mg, Maca 640mg, Nettle root 280mg, Chrysin 1500mg and Bioperine 15mg. These are supposed to raise my testosterone and inhibit estrogen. I also take 75mg of 7-Keto DHEA. I’ll have to look into that 6oxo stuff don’t know anything about in.
