Does Cytosport Muscle Milk Work? Yup. It does. It's good quality protein. It comes in many flavors. It mixes well with water and milk. And the when people see the fat content they always say: "Is Muscle Milk bad for you?" Nope. There are healthy fats. And it's got em. What I do: Cutting Diets: I cut my servings in half. That way I get the good protein but not all the calories. I also use this type of protein primarily AFTER my workouts. When I want the best post-workout nutrition possible. Bulk Diets: I have this for all my daily shakes. I might even go with Cytogainer. I'll add 1% skim milk for additional calories. Bottom Line: It's not bad. It tastes good. It mixes with water or milk and it doesn't make you fat. Of course if you have it with milk 5 times a day... well.... anything to excess above what your body needs can be stored as fat. Where Can You Get It? Muscle Milk Wholesale

I'm new to bodybuilding and I heard that after A while creatine stops working since your body gets used to it. Then you have to wait a while till' you take it again. So if you take Muscle Milk which has creatine wouldn't the creatine in it become useless after a couple of weeks or would it keep on working.

lol well heres my answer to all this how much bc im a poor ass man...jk im poor too so anyways heres what i do to save some cash split up the servings take half serving before and half after and half before you go to bed or if you dont like taking before bed then take a whole serving afterworkout that way your lonly using 2.5 servings per day...thats around 90 grams of protein just through muscle milk it will give effect but how much i dont know yet im still on my 1st 2.48 pound container and i have heard that it can take up to 3 or 4 and possible 5 to see results compaired to your usual protein powders

Just got in a months supply of MM for around $34 bucks at easypricematch.com. It's great, you take the lowest price you can find anywhere on the internet and they will match it PLUS take an additional 5% off of that price. So i think i paid like 16.99 each for a 2 1/2 lb tub of MM. Good stuff. Oh yeah I also got some Nitrix off this site for like 25 bucks or something rediculously cheap. check it out! ps- and no this isnt a bullshit advertisment or anything...just super stoked i found this site and im sharin it w/ yall.
