Day14.  I feeling more solid than i did when i first started.  My weight has gone up about 5 lbs as well.  Im noticing that i cannot eat as much in a sitting than before.  Also it feels like the food i do eat is digesting faster as im getting hungry more often.  I did some flexing in the mirror last night to boost my ego and im getting a nice V as my lats are poking out more.

Chest day, my plan to increase 10lbs each chest workout is still working.  I put up 215 but for only 3 reps.  I doubted myself before i did the set, which helped to mess up my workout from there on.  I didnt have a spot and i workout from home time to time.  I still got a great workout until i doubted myself. 

Note to others, never doubt or delusion yourself before a lift.  Know you can do it. 

So far i have gained 30 lbs to my barbell bench in 18 days.

Yeah,

95% of the exercises that is in my current routine has increased in weight. Im also noticing less fat as well as more size. Worked my arms and shoulders today. No difference in weight this time, however my pump was explosive.

I have been getting headaches recently over the last 4-5 days. The headaches come if i dont eat anything within 1-2 hours after taking Activate & Nitrix during the day. If i get something in my stomache within this timeframe, im fine. I drive 1 1/2 hours to work each way 2 days a week. If i forget to eat something before i leave in the morning after taking the supps, i'll have a headache when i reach work. They dissapear within an hour once i get some food or take a pain killer.

You see how difficult this is going to be to promote?

If I went now to any bodybuilding board and posted that... people would tell me where to stick it and accuse me of steroids or some pro-hormone combo.

Yeah, some reported results (8lbs over 30 days also in another tester) are quite difficult to believe.

My body weight has remained constant while taking Activate.  Its actually been constant for several months now.  When I look in the mirror, I seem to look a little leaner, so it could just be fat loss/muscle gain thats kept me constant.  No way to tell until I measure everything at the end of the 8 weeks.

Only thing I notice for sure is the increased strength and quick recovery.

For me, strength usually comes first, with no movement in the scale, or size.  Then strength levels off, and the size catches up.  Its weird, but its the way it happens every time.

I upped my calorie intake from 2700-3200 to 4300 yesterday. I weighed myself tonight and the scale read 229. I have been drinking a lot of fluids today and im noticing that im holding onto 3 lbs worth of water by night end.  So i bet tomorrow morning ill be 226.  So that would be 8 lbs in 3 weeks.  The mirror tells me that there is little to no fat added in that weight gained.

I was right, after 2 giant pisses last night, i am down to 226 this morning.  This is good stuff.  Designer Supps should hook up an affliate program or something as i would do what i can to get the word out and help sell off my site.

3 weeks in this beta test and i've seen.

+30lbs barbell bench
+60lbs seated cable row
+15lbs wide grip lat pull
+10lbs tricep pushdown
+20lbs barbell curl
+8 reps (same weight) dumbbell squat (dont have DB's any heavier)

Just to name a few

That is a very large jump in calories. I'm quite pleased you're confident in the results you've seen so far to attempt that. Smile

I tried to keep up the calories but they have slipped to 3300, then 3100, then 2900. Today i have only  had about 2200 calories.  I havent done anything today due to the rough weekend.  Hosted a b-day party for an 8 yr old boy.  Lots of other 8 yr old crazy crack heads to follow.  I received a broken bed from someone jumping. Also a few got hurt with minor injuries from their crack paranoia.  Very busy and very tiring.  No lifting either. I will resume tomorrow after 3 days off.

Today is my last day for Nitrix. However im still sticking with a pre and post workout supplementation.

I'll also post my measurements sometime this week as week 4 is coming to an end.

So far everything is positive. I was able to workout yesterday after a 4 days off. That workout was cut short due to my 2 yr old having a meltdown. I worked out at home and tried to console her. It was still a good workout but couldve done more. Today was a good workout as well. No new records but the weight is feeling a lot lighter. I'll post new measurements by tomorrow as week 4 is coming to an end.

I've been playing b-ball 5 days a week, so i can understand the -1 with chest.  Im noticing more definition so that tells me its gotta be fat with a small amount of muscle.  My legs are getting big and strong.  My neck is also more noticable. I also feel like i should have when i was 26. I had a major achilles injury that took over 2 yrs to get to 85%. So this is my "second" chance.  ActivaTe has been a big step forward to the past. Did legs yesterday. I thought i would spice up the workout a bit by doing a bunch of sets of Dumbbell squats. I did 9 total.

10 @ 80 (2-40lb db's)
10 @ 110 (2-55lb db's)
7 @ 150 (2-75lb db's)
6 @ 150
5 @ 150
4 @ 150
3 @ 150
2 @ 150
1 @ 150

Not a bad little workout and my legs feel somewhat fresh today. Will be doing chest today.
