Ive been using netscape 7 and the formatting is fine, checked it out in IE and saw what you are talking about.  It was due to the images i posted.  I put a return after each image and the scrolling has stopped.

I did legs today.  My back is still a bit sore but i marched on.  I felt stronger today, could have pushed out a few more reps per set but since i havent done legs too much in recent months due to various reasons, i dont want to hurt myself too much.  I will produce more in the next few leg workouts.

Did arms and shoulders today. I was able to do more reps and weight per set than last time i did these muscles.

Standing dumbbell press, 2 more reps on the second set, same weight. 3 more reps on 3rd set with same weight.

Triceps Pushdown, 1 less rep on the third set but with 10lbs more weight.

I'm on a plateau with these exercises for the last few weeks, but i was able to push out more this time.

I got a great pump as well. Im on day14 with the bsn mass stack (nitrix, no-xplode, cellmass) and day 5 with activate. Its still to early to tell, but i feel these supps complement each other as the last couple of days i have been feeling stronger. Could be psychological, however i am going to stay with these thoughts and feelings as i want all these supps to work.

Tomorrow i will have completed a week on ActivaTe. So far, i've noticed a constant fullness in my shoulders that wasn't there before, and my training sessions are greatly improved. I'm basically getting an extra rep on all exercises. This is possible without the activate or any other supplements, but lately my sessions have not been this productive. At the current, granted early, time, all i can attribute the change to is the activate.

Chest day.  2nd time using the barbell.  Did 30 lbs heavier for 2 less reps on the 2nd set and same rep count with 10lbs heavier for flat bench on the 3rd set.  Im  going to increase the weight slowly each session.  Im going to do 10lbs more next time. So i did 195 this week, and next will be 205...etc Also there were good improvements for decline as well. 3 less reps on the 2nd set but i had 30lbs more than before. Got a nice pump. Overall, im feeling okay, feel like i could be getting a cold but it hasnt taken over yet.  Feeling this for 1 full day.  So far this and the bsn stack have shown some promise.

My back exploded today. I felt like i could keep going when i did seated cable rows. I felt like the koolaid man busting through a brick wall. I must have hit the easy button before i worked out as the weight increased but it seemed much lighter. Good stuff.

The great thing is im not detecting any bad effects. No oily skin, no acne breakouts, no aggression, etc....

I've been reading the other journals and im feeling the same.  Im taking today off for lifting but i can see and feel a big improvement.  I played hoops today and was able to hold my own.  Its a big improvement.  I've only been playing for 3 months now and im improving quickly.

Robboe, No major changes, but i am tweaking it a bit.  I'm conscious of more fiber and more fruits and vegies and less junk.  One day at time.

This is great.  I havent worked out in 2 days and i feel like im still growing stronger over the last few days.  I went to costco today and was pushing around the cart which was full of meat, food, etc.  It was very easy to move around, didnt feel heavy at all.  Plus my hoops game is gone to another level as well.  I have more focus, energy, stamina.  The only down side is all the freakin pills i consume a day.  That leads to more water and food intake per day. 

Pills daily:

20 ActivaTe
9 Nitirx
4 Fish Oil
2 Green Tea Extract caps
2 Glucosamine Chondroitin

37 pills a day!

So far it is very worth it.

I'm done with the nitrix for now so i was thinking of trying the activate, but i'm not sure if i want to yet, I hope the price doesn't go up too much after the beat is over, if not i should buy now

did arms and shoulders yesterday.  I burned myself out on my first exercise of shoulders.  I went too heavy and just blew up.  I did get through my biceps before i finished.  It has been a physically demanding weekend.  Did a lot of heavy lifting and moving.  I got a good workout regardless. 

I have gained 4-5 lbs since my last weigh in.  I was suprised.  I have been keeping myself well hydrated so some lbs could be water weight.   Am more aware lately.  I have located a few problem areas.  It has to do with my tight muscles.  I need a massage to workout the tension.

Have been very tired in the afternoon and evening.  I have slept 2 more hours a night for the last 3 nights.  Tired in the morning as well.  Hard to wake up.  I feel like im going through a cleansing phase, physically, mentally, emotionally, etc.

Actually i was wrong about the weight.  The last time i weighed myself was May 9 2005 and i came in at 218.  Today is May 16 2005 exactly 1 week later and i came in at 226.  Thats 8lbs. I wonder what the breakdown of that weight is.  Fat, muscle, water, etc

I actually find the more i drink, the more i piss in the morning before weigh-in and the tighter/drier i look and lighter i weigh. Basically, if i have a big piss in the morning and then weigh heavier than i did previous weigh-in then i know it's not water weight. It is actual mass weight, whether it be fat or LBM. I can usually deduce whether it is fat judging by the mirror.

Ive been eating the same typical diet since i started ActivaTe. I do feel more saturated. I'll try to kick my calorie intake up a few hundred calories over the next week and see what happens.

Did back today and racked the weight for seated cable row. Here are my last 3 workouts with this exercise. Huge improvements.

05/17/05

set 1) 10 @ 125 lbs
set 2) 10 @ 155 lbs
set 3) 8 @ 185 lbs
set 4) 5 @ 200 lbs

05/12/05

set 1) 10 @ 105 lbs
set 2) 10 @ 125 lbs
set 3) 8 @ 155 lbs
set 4) 6 @ 170 lbs

Started taking ActivaTe on 5/06/05

I figured i'd go until the second bottle is finished.  a full 30 days.  What do you think?  I stepped on the scale last night and weighed in at 223.  So 3lbs must have been water weight.

Chest day today.  Had a great workout.  By the end my chest/shoulders/tri pump was exploding.   Got my 205 with 7 reps.

Do you only have 2 bottles worth? I thought you had 4?

If the latter, you could be our first long-term (8 week) tester if you like?
