Robboe, that was exactly the same thing that was going through my head.  I even added a few other choice words.

Today my shoulders do not even feel like I worked them out last night.  Not tight, not stiff, not pumped, nothing.  And they got hammered last night.  This is a strange sensation for me and is not normal.

Tonight is back night.  Im curious to see how that goes.  I think I will even throw in a few sets of Squats and Leg extensions (since I did them on Monday) at the end just to see if last night was some sort of dream.

Will keep everyone posted.

Last night was Back night.  Another great workout.  Not quite the freak show i put on the night before, but it was a good night.  I increased all my weight for my exercises.  This has been one of the best weeks for workouts that I have ever experienced.  I was in a hurry to finish so I could get home to mow the lawn before it got dark, so I didnt have time to try the squats like i mentioned in the previous post.

I needed a couple of 45's to strap to the mower to make it really beneficial, but regardless, the lawn looks great and I got in some cardio.

Im traveling all next week.  Booked the Reniasance Club Sport hotel.  It has a full service workout facility, so I should still be able to maintain my training on the road.  Probably have to do it in the mornings because of my schedule, but one way or another I will make sure I fit it in.  Hopefully I can also grab a few workouts with MDA and he can give me some pointers.

Its the weekend and no workouts on Sat or Sun.  Rest days.  Continued to take my 20 Activate per day.

Couple of things I want to note:

1.  The last few days I feel like I have an increased sense of awareness and alertness.  You know how you have those days when everything seems to be crisp and you thinking is very clear.  Your fully aware of everything going on around you and you seem to react to things faster and with a clear mind.

Could be a number of things, but I do notice it.

Do any of you other guys have this feeling?

2.  The itching sensation has come back.  I must have some sort of slight alergy to this stuff.  No redness, swelling, bumps, or anything like that, just itchy.  Upper thighs, back of the neck, and head.  I dont really notice it during the day.  Its mostly at night when im winding down for the day and about to go to bed.  Its not as bad as it was at the end of the first week, but it is annoying.

Have you tried dosing an anti-histamine concurrently?

Im taking Claritin-D now just since my allergies have been acting up.  Could be allergies associtated with the ActivaTe?

But i hear ya on the sense of awareness.  I, too have been more aware and alert.  However, i have been getting very tired in the afternoon/evening.  I've been sleeping 2 more hours a night.  It has to be from new growth.  i've gained 4-5 lbs in the last week+.

Robboe, I took some benadril last week when I first reported it.  That helped.  If it gets out of hand I will take some more.  I hate taking that stuff because it completely wipes me out.

Did chest today.  Being on the road makes it tough to squeeze in the workouts and the 2 hour time difference kills me.  I went from CST to PST.  Its hell on your eating routine also.  Finally got to the gym at what would be 10pm CST and my body is saying I should be in bed by now.  New place, have to find everything, its busy, im tired, etc.  Regardless, I had a decent workout.  I didnt really add any weight to anything today, but I did throw in a few extra sets on a several exercises.  Overall, I would rate this as another good day.

Im going to try and do my routines in the mornings the rest of this week.  The energy level should be a lot better.  Also, the corporate boys can take me out at night and I dont have to worry about running back to the gym.

Did legs tonight.  Being in a new place and using all different equipments makes it hard to tell if I made any progress.  Squats were good and I had plenty of energy and power.  Reserve strength still feels incredible. Plate loaded press and seated calf raises seemed easy.  Added weight to these.  The leg extension machine was different than the one in my gym, so I cant really tell a difference there.  I had to go lighter than what I normally do, but I chalked it up to the equipment diff.

Tomorrow morning is Arms.  Barbell and dumbells for almost everything, so I should get a pretty good read on any improvements.

Got up at 6:30am CST and hit the gym for my Bi-Tri workout.  Excellent workout with lots of energy.  I added weight to just about all my exercises.  Added 10lbs to my barbell curls (70 pounds now), added 5 pounds to my dumbell curls (40's now).  I also added 5 pounds to my overhead DB tricep pushes.  (70's now).  Everything felt good.  I dont notice the pump like some of the others do, I just notice the increased strength and recovery.

I think I like the morning workouts.  never tried them before, but I seem very energized today.

Its Friday night, well actually its Saturday morning, and I just got home from the airport and my long week in California.  What a drain on the system.  I hate traveling.  It really F's up your daily routine.

Anyway, a little update.  My last post was in regards to my Wednesday morning workout.  I had worked out because I knew my corporate associates and bosses wanted to have a nice dinner that evening and my only chance to workout was that morning before heading into the office.  I did my best to eat clean and had a good meal.  Threw in a few beers, but you gotta cheat every once in a while.  They were lite beers. Smile  As most of you know, these dinners usually turn into something completely different.  This was no exception.  Like normal, everyone headed out to the local bar.  4 long island iced tea's, 3 glasses of water, and 5 hours later, im back in the hotel room at almost 2am.  Remember im working in pacific standard time zone and my body is running in central time zone mode.  Needless to say, im shot.  Slept in until 9am CST and headed to the office.  Worked (barely) the rest of the day and put in a few extra hours.  Drank a ton of water to try and help out.  Left at about 8pm and headed back to hotel.  Decided I was hungry on the way and stopped by a nice little mediterranean resturant.  Chicken K-bob and rice, it was excellent.  Headed over to the hotel at about 9:30 and was feeling really guilty and didnt want to miss a workout.  So I change clothes and head down to the gym.  Its now almost 10:30.  Again, my body is thinking 12:30.  Shoulder workout.  Easy one.  At least thats what I thought.  I hung in there and did the best I could.  Did all my reps and pretty much used the same weight I had used the week before.  Skipped a few sets on some exercises.  Let me tell you, it was a struggle.  My body was like WTF are you doing to me.  Smile  As expected, I had almost no energy or motivation and had to take extra rest periods.  Note to self, dont try to squeeze in a workout when you truly shouldnt.  Still got a decent workout, but it was hell.

I had to be in the office early today (Friday), and then head to the airport after lunch.  5:30 flight.  Got home at 10:30 my time.  No workout today.  Today is normally back day, but no time to squeeze it in.  Im drained from this trip.  Im going to chill out for a day and hit the back on Sunday afternoon.

I should be ready for another good week starting Monday.  Now that im home, the daily routine (sleep, meals, gym, etc.) should be back to normal.  I have a few days left of the Activate.

Robboe?  What is your recommendation on extending this cycle of activate another 30 days?  Any issues/concerns?  I thought about buying a few more bottles.  From the results I have seen thus far, im excited about this stuff.

Absolutely.

I dunno if you noticed, but Misanthropy has agreed to do an 8 week journal of it, so having a second 8 weeker would be excellent as well.

Tomorrow will be the last of my trial stuff.  Seems like it only lasted 3 weeks?  If I purchase two bottles, how long will it take to arrive?

Depends. If you order now, it should ship by monday i'd guess. 3-5 days for delivery, but typically no longer than 3.

One bottle, taken at the typical dose of 20 caps/day, lasts 15 days. Your ranging of doses made yours last a bit longer.

Done, just ordered 2 more bottles.
Order Number: 1005
Looking forward to extending this program.  It seems very beneficial thus far.

I realized I would get about 3 extra days out of mine because i didnt take it for a couple of days, plus there were a few days at a reduced dosage.  I was under the impression that this was a 30 day trial?

Good news.  The itching sensation has not appeared for almost a week.  Im thinking it was something in the "youth cocktail" vitamin pack that was reacting to it.  I stopped taking that and after about 4-6 days it cleared up.  Been fine ever since.

Cheers,
Ronnie

Thanks Robboe, you guys are great!

I did back today after a weekend of rest.  Everything was great.  Completed all exercises as planned.  Added weight to my Iso-rows.  The one thing that I have to say that I notice the most is the quick recovery between sets.  I go to failure on the first full set after warmups.  Each following set seems to have as much energy as the first.  Its a cool feeling.  I also leave the gym feeling like I could continue doing additional exercises.  Its hard to make myself get up and walk away.

I finished the last of my Activate yesterday morning.  I have ordered two additional bottles to continue this test for another 30+ days.  The brother-in-law ordered some at the beginning of last week, so hopefully I can snag one of his bottles until mine arrive.  That way I wont miss but a few days.

Ronnie
