I was a meager 6'2 and 170 lbs last summer. I've gone through 2 full cycles (12 weeks on, 6 weeks off) and now weigh 201 lbs. I took a bit more time off this time around and am getting ready to start a new cycle. I also take the Axis HT in addition to the Cellmass, NO Xplode, and Nitrix. Pricey, but very much worth the effort if you're like me and tried to gain weight in the past but just couldn't do it. This was in addition to Champion Nutrition's Pure Whey protine. You're supposed to keep the glutimine intake low, but this stuff tasted the best. Good stuff, just follow the directions and stick to the plan - and feel free to push yourself at the gym, it's a helluva lot easier with NO Xplode than anything else I've ever tried, and getting results makes it a lot easier to stick to a schedule. I found myself looking forward to the next workout, almost as a passion. If I'm off the stuff? Gym? What gym. Do it. No side effects either, other than having to pee pretty soon after taking Nitrix, and needing to drink A LOT of water to stay properly hydrated. Just my experience and 2 cents. Oh yea, wouldn'd recommend any more caffeen. The NO Xplode is nearly your max daily amount of caffeen at one shot. No need. Great way to wean yourself off coffee - I did and no headaches. Just watch out if you stop taking the NO Xplode... Ouch. -Matt

Right now I am taking the BSN stack (NO-Explode,CellMass,Nitrix). I was just wondering if I should take these supplements like an hour before I eat, or an hour after I eat. It says to take on an empty stomach just not sure if having food in before or after will diminsh the effects. Having lots of problems finding an awnser to this question. Thanks

Here's my schedule: 6:00 Wake Up - Protine Shake 6:45 3 x Nitrix and 2 1/2 scoops NO Xplode 7:15 - 8:30 Workout 8:30 1 Scoop Cellmass 9:15 2 Eggs and Protine Shake 10:30 3 x Nitrix 12:00 Lunch 15:30 Protine Shake 16:30 3 x Nitrix 17:30 Dinner 20:30 Protine Shake 21:30 1 Scoop Cellmass 22:00 Bed Take your Nitrix with the NO Xplode 30 minutes before working out and at least 45 minutes after eating or a protine shake. You'll get a great rush when the caffeen hits, and the benefits of the NO and other suppliments throughout the workout. Take Nitrix at least 45 minutes before meals. Take the CellMass right after working out and then don't eat for at least 45 minutes, and then again before bed. Having the creatine and protine available to your muscles during recovery is very important. Don't workout every day, no more than every other day. I alternate 3 times, then 2 days off (helps to change up my weekly routine being on an 8 day cycle but I find different days I need to adjust my routine around other regulars who stick to a fixed weekly schedule and hog the equipment - weekends are the worst). Early on I tired every other day for a about 3 weeks, but found that I wasn't recoverying and making gains as I expected. Don't worry about drinking water when taking the stuff, all of the suppliments recommend drinking lots of water - the Nitrix alone recommends 128 oz of water per day. I've done a lot of reading on the BSN website - www.bsnonline.com. They've chaned the site quite a bit over the last year and a half and it's kinda hard to find info. They had a pro's schedule up for a while, which is what I got started from then modified it to work my schedule and preferences.

I have a few questions... I just got done with my first tub of NOXplode and loved it. I just ordered the mass stack and was wondering a couple of things... For the Cell mass is it necessary to take a scoop before bed?... Sometimes I think BSN puts these extra dosages just so you run out faster. For instance they say to take a scoop of NOXplode on non training days and I never do that. Also, lately I have been working out every day and plan to keep doing it with the mass stack. The last post you said that with creatine you really need to let your muscles rest and take a day off inbetween. Im not much of an expert on bodybuilding I just wanna bulk up. I'm 18 years old and feel fine the next day on supplements, would it be better to take a day off? (im mixing it up and doing different lifts the day after but some target the same muscles)

I've heard and read a few things on the intake of creatine, read a few studies and such. You want to maintain the level of creatine in your system while in a workout routine. 'Loading' is typical of single component creatine compounds, but with all of them it's important to keep a level of saturation. At night when you muscles are repairing, you want this available to them. I've interpreted that one scoop isn't enough to maintain the level in your system for 24 hours as it isn't injested as a time-release substance (and given how much water you're supposed to be drinking), so at night the level of available creatine has dropped. True? BS? I want max gains, so I'll opt for the second scoop and put some faith on it. Another thing I've heard from my old PT - creatine allows your muscles to "store water", and thus appear larger and look "plump" rather than cut and hard. True? With the size of the creatine market, I find that a bit hard to believe that creatine has no benefits other than this. Lots of studies show it is benefical, and I have to agree based on my own experiences. Maybe it does "plump" them up, but it looks damn good to me! As for the NO Xplode on a non-training day - I think it's more to keep a migrane away by not getting that surge of caffeen. You do get adidtional creatine with the NO Xplode, but is it worth it? I'm leaning towards 'no big deal' on this one. Never workout without it, otherwise...? Your call and intuition on that one. I took it just to keep the headache away. Maybe someone else has something to add on this. For resting periods, once you start to lift heavy - and you will - you need to give your muscles that rest period. I'm talking when you break 350 on the squat rack or 250 on the bench. At first, you're really not pushing that much and you're doing more toning than building, but as you start burning-out with heavy weight at each workout, that rest time will become critical to allowing you to heal and make the gains in strength and size you want. Some recommend giving it 2 days rest between working the same set of muscles. Not that I will get anything for this, but I purchase from www.cheapvitamins.com. Did lots of comparison shopping, and they've been the cheapest nearly every time. Tried www.affordablesuppliments.com - decent prices, but still not as cheap. GNC was by far the most expensive - next to ordering right from BSN. Up here in Washington state, Vitamin World is the cheapest retail store I've found, but www.cheapvitamins.com is still the best price even with shipping - and never had an issue with old or out-of-date product.

Thanks a lot Mattk, very helpful post. I guess this is really the first intense workout regimine ive been on so it has felt a lot easier the next day on my body .. When I feel I need that day off I'll take it. After researching the effects of creatine on the body that dose at night does seem like the smart way to go.. So we'll see how it works.. cant wait to get on the stack!

I am about to run out of my first tub of NO-Xplode. I am planning on stacking cellmass and NO next time around. I was just wondering if on non-training days i can take the NO and cellmass together when I wake up or do they have to be taken at different times? Thanks, Andy

Yea I got the feeling that NO was not working after my first few days of taking it. But I talked to someone that has been taking it for a while and they said that you just get used to the feeling.

Yea that feeling while lifting is really good. But I think that mine is still working. I am going to go off of it in about a week or two and see if I feel any difference

In response to Nitrix questions. It works. Def works! You just gotta give it time, depending on the amounts of lean mass and fat you have. Im bulkin up right now so it took about three weeks but you can def. see the size in me. I stacked it with noxplode for 12 weeks. Off cycle begins tommarow, and i have a tub of cellmass so i was thinking about starting it. Anybody know if that would be a problem, it says no cycling on cellmass so can i just start it up even though im cycling off of nitrix and noxplode? Thanks guys!

umm dont qoute me but it contains cem3 and i believe that is some form of creatine. after 12 weeks of noxplode i was noticably a bit bigger. not much though, i think it was mostly due to hard training and 12 weeks of it plus all that caffeine makes ya wanna get in there and lift. so maybe a bit of water retention but not much at all
