I had to change a few things around today. My legs are so sore from Monday’s workout, they are basically useless. Wednesday 10min recumbent bike 120 heart rate Back/Triceps setsxreps Hammer D.Y Row 10x10 90x10, 110x10, 120x10, 2x130x10, 4x140x10, 145x10 Seated cable rear delt rows 2x10 80x10, 100x10 Face Pulls 3x15 3x70x15 Hammer high lat pulls 2x20 90x20, 90x18 Smith Rear delt rows 2x20 55x20, 65x20 Partial Dead lifts 2x5 225x5, 315x3 Reverse grip bench press 3x10 135x10, 155x10, 165x10 Overhead Tricep extensions (low pulley with rope) 3xfailure 70x15, 70x9, 70x6 Rope Tricep pushdowns 4x10 4x70x10 Low pulley cable one arm kickbacks 2xfailure 2x15x7 Overhead Tricep extensions (low pulley with rope) one arm 3xfailure 3x15x6 45 min Treadmill 120-160 heart rate

4 seconds down, slight pause, 4 seconds up, slight pause, repeat. The goal is to recruit as many muscle fibers in the working muscle as possible and to keep it under tension the whole time. Generally, when using this tempo, the weight that is used needs to be about half normal to maintain proper form and motion. Paul
