Squat Day Squat 1x20@185lbs! Stiff Leg Deadlift 1x6@200lbs Machine Calf Raise 3x6@580lbs Squats today were one hell of a battle, I didn't think I was gonna do it, then I threw that thought out of my mind and did it. I'm very happy with my strength gained with 20 rep squats, and finishing that set is always the most satisfying thing I've ever done in a gym. Because of time constraints the Abs part of this day will be done tomorrow.

Bench Press - Saturday Bench 6,3@85lbs Dips 6,5@35lbs Military Press 6,3@115lbs DB Lateral Raise 2x6@30lbs Skullcrusher 2x5@105lbs Lots of failure but a satisfying workout. Bodyweight is 117lbs.

Sunday - Abs Reverse Crunch 2x6@25lbs Cable Rope Crunch 2x6@200lbs Hanging Knee Raise 2x6@15lbs Decline Alternating Crunch 2x12@45lbs Did a little extra since they had their own day. Then I threw in some satisfying boxing training. Heavy bag 2 rounds of 2 minutes Speed bag 2 rounds of 2 minutes Agility ball 2 rounds of 2 minutes

Monday - Deadlift Day Deadlift 4x6@325lbs Wide Grip Pullups 6 Chin Ups 6 EZ Bar Curl 2x6@90lbs More deadlift weight added successfully. Slacked on the upper back exercises.

Wednesday - Push Day Bench Press 2x6@185lbs Military Press 6,5@110lbs Dips 6,5@30lbs Close Grip Bench 1x6@135lbs Changed a few exercises to my routine, going low sets to help my body adjust after the week off. Down to 113lbs, time to get it back.

113 lbs? Is that right? In a post on the second or third page of your journal, you were 193 lbs. But you were hardly fat!!

Friday - Pull Deadlift 4x6@295lbs Wide Grip Pullups 7 Chin Ups 6 BB Row 3x6@115lbs Dropped deadlifts down and still felt a significant challenge, some of it's due to the week off, some of it's due to a week off of poor diet. Weights back up to 215lbs at least, as the Xceed starts to make a presence.

Up to 217lbs! Holy ****, that scale must be broken!

Bench Day DB Bench Press 6,6,5@80lbs Military Press 6,5,4@135lbs Close Grip Bench Press 5@135lbs Dips 6,5@30lbs Fell behind a bit, but came back today doing decently Did a Boxing class followed by an MMA class on monday that kicked the hell out of me, things are sore that have never been sore before. Weight is 219lbs, can feel some of it as fat though.

Sunday - Pull Deadlift 2x6@305lbs Wide Grip Pullups 7 Chin Ups 6 Pulled something in my ass doing deadlifts so I left it at that. Gotta do boxing class tomorrow so no need over doing it.

5/26/2007 Pull Day Deadlift 4x6@315lbs Wide Grip Pullup 6 Close Grip Chinup 6 This day started my problems. My form was sacraficed to complete the sets, and although I didn't feel it right away, I found out as time went on that I pulled something in my back pretty bad. I laid down and took it easy for a few days and it got much better.

5/30/2007 Push Day DB Bench Press 1X6@85lbs More frustration occurs, I complete the first set of DB Benching after stretching and warming up, the last one struggled intensely but I got it up, then something in my right deltoid gave out a little and the dumbbell came down awkwardly. I pulled something in my right shoulder, so I went home.
