Yes, and I love it.

They announced, years ago when they stated they were discontinuing the Firebird/Camaro, that they would be reintroduced sometime in '06/07. Haven't heard anything from Pontiac yet, though.

They're also bringing out a new Ford Lightning in 07. It's gonna be the fastest factory-made truck in the world.

Didn't Dodge come out with a Viper Truck? So Ford can't be one-upped, huh? lol.

That Lightning is gonna be mean. Too bad Ford didn't stick with the Tonka truck protytpe for a real thing. That woulda be friggin sweet!

that dodge truck is week. nice power and all but they can not transfer it to the ground. cought one this spring all ready on the road and blew his doors off. pretty sad the guy spent 40 + on that truck and got dusted by mine.

My extended family is practicaly supporting GM. My grandfather used to be big in one of the Deplphi plants here, back when they were owned by GM. So, it's only natural. I have a Ford Ranger, and I love it. I think Ford puts out good cars, and I think GM puts out good cars. I also think Ford puts out some junk, like GM does.

i am a ford fan all the way but unlike ost people i will give respect to the other dealers. GMC does have some quality cars and trucks. only thing i do not like about GMC is the price on a lot of the cars. lot of bucks for their cars and trucks.

I bought a new Tahoe in December (that somehow became my wife's in under a month), and before that I had a Ford Ranger that we bought new in 98. Really have no complaints with either, but a lot of my friends with Fords (F150s, Explorers, etc) all had problems with timing chains, which cost them a lot of money. Also, the exterior locks on Ford trucks suck in the cold, because they get stuck easilly and it takes quite a while to get them open. GM trucks used to be much more pricey than the rest, but lately its pretty much evened out. Before I got the Tahoe I looked into full size quad-cabs, and they all ran $40-45k, regardless of make (GMC, Chevy, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Dodge).

For trucks it doesn't really matter, both have their pros and cons, but for cars I'm definitely a GM guy. Never been crazy about Ford's lineup.

Dude, I'm scarred to use the locks on my truck. As long as one door is unlocked, I'm fine. But I had such a problem unlocking the stupid door after the first winter I had the truck that I never lock it. I have nothing valuable in it besides copied CD's. And an Alpine system that's worth about $0.50 now. I tused to do it in the winter, but it wasn't caused by ice. Cuz now it does it all the time. I'll be sitting there for like 20 minutes trying to unlock the damn door. The only thing I'd really miss is the tailgate with all my band bumper stickers. My buddy checks my tailgate everytime we go to a concert to see if I've put on new stickers. Someday I'll take a pic and show ya'll. The same day I also take a pic of myself and my god-like figure.Smile

Eventually I want to replace the locks on it because i have to take at least the driver side door off anyways. The weatherstripping is either bad, or the door is bent or off track. I get wet when I go to car washes.

Rather surprised you would say that, considering your choice in vehicles.

that was for the vet lovers also. now that the comaro and firebird are out of the picture, for now, ford developed something to compete with the vet. this is for you because it is the newest vet killer.

summer of next year it is rolling of the line. sure to see a couple of good match ups then
