Update on Deadlift - 319 (145kg). Bench still 242 (110kg) Squat still sadly lacking at 198 (90kg). I need a squat rack as I almost fell forward trying for a 1 rep max that was a little too high and the thought of the head being driven into the concrete garage floor with the bar on the back has me increasing reps at 198, & moving the weight up more slowly.

Good job on the deadlift, Dan! Just work on your squat some more. When you squat, make sure your heels are on the ground, and the bar, your knees, and your feet make a straight line perpendicular to the floor. This should keep you on balance.

ORIGINAL: Malek256 Just a warning to DaBeast...315 was the magic bench number where I did a partial tear on my rotator cuff. Your weights and mine are almost the same, although I've recently been cutting hard and dropped a lot of body weight. In my case, the tear occurred because the rear head of the shoulder was underdeveloped. I had done 310 no problem the week before...maybe it's just paranoia but those numbers seemed eerily familiar! ill keep that in mind...i try to keep my shoulders on par with my chest. thanks for the warning. ...omg, i just realized the rear of my shoulder is a little smaller than the rest...

Okay, everyone's stats are now updated. I'll have new maxes in about 10 weeks. I know for sure that I'll hit 225 on bench and break 405 on squat and deadlift. I'm hoping to hit 425 on squat, though. I might hit 425 on deadlift, but I'm not too sure. I probably won't weigh more than 175 by the end.
