I just want to know (you can name certain brands to) what are the most useless and nasty supplements? I'm making this thread to help me and others stay away and save TONS of money. Dont be afraid to express your opinon!

You mean useless right? Well I personally would say No-Xplode right now cause for the 5 days I've been using it so far I had no results from it at all...but so many people praise it and get amazing results from it, so I guess its only useless for certain people....damn why did I have to be one of them...lol oh well.

5 days I've been using it so far

I read a whole damn book on it, it takes at least 3 weeks to see good results.

3 week?!? r u serious? Cause I'm gonna run out of it by 3 weeks lol...and im broke right now so i cant afford another one....damn also my protein is almost gone....what am i going to do!?!? ahhhhhh

I used it wrong

Only took 1/3 of dosage a day, saw 0 results

Sorry, i quoted the wrong thing, someone said liquid creatine, and i was asking if he meant liquid creatine as in the powder kind that you mix in water...

no I think he meant liquid as in it is already liquid when you buy it.

Cell tech worked for me! I took under half the dosage and gained 7 lbs, and put like 70 lbs on my bench in 3 months. And with the NOS products, I will take some soon and tell you what happens, but i have a suspicion that guys who get good muscle pumps and veins already from working out, will respond well to the vasodilator products. People who don't really get pumped up when they work out might be **** out of luck with that product.
