no, not at all for me, when i let my spotter lift it up for me, i can never get my max good. It helps me balance when i lift it up myself

on that how much should u increase each week normally when training every other day or everyday?

First u should be working your shoulder, triceps, back, and then chest during the week. Second u should be using weight you cant do NO MORE THAN TEN TIMES! Trust me this work. If your trying to increase your bench theres no better way. Youll know when to increase your the weight you use.
