Straight-Arm Pulldown - 10x55lbs
Seated Cable Row - 10x140lbs
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown - 10x125lbs
Straight-Arm Pulldown - 8x65lbs
Seated Cable Row - 8x185lbs
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown - 8x140lbs

Too tired to finish up today. I need some good sleep. It hasnt happened lately. Well im done with my 10 week training. Time for a week off. I think 10 weeks is a little to much and will stick to a 8 week schedule. It will be split into 2 - 4 week routines. Well not a bad 10 weeks, i gained 10lbs and my lifts increased a lot. Perfect time for a break since turkey day is coming up, i'll probably put another 10lbs on right there.....

It feels nice to be back in the gym after an 11 day layoff.

I do feel like i worked my chest and tri's really well. I also feel like i could be sore for a couple of days.

I thought i'd try a new way of lifting for myself. I will do a major body part, then 2 exersices consisting of 1 set for the other major body parts. I'll see how this works. I took another week off due to sickness and i still feel weak today but i will get stronger.

Wednesday - Chest

DB Decline Bench - 10x50lbs (100lbs total)
Machine Fly's - 10x75lbs
Machine Flat Bench - 10x125lbs
DB Decline Bench - 10x75lbs (150lbs total)
Machine Fly's - 9x95lbs
Machine Flat Bench - 9x155lbs
DB Decline Bench - 7x75lbs (150lbs total)
Machine Fly's - 8x105lbs
Machine Flat Bench - 8x185lbs

Leg Extension - 13x140lbs
Lying Leg Curl - 11x100lbs

Wide Grip Lat Pull - 11x125lbs
Seated Cable Row - 11x125lbs

on Friday, Back will be the main major muscle group with chest and legs the others. I want to see how i respond to this training as i want to continualy grow instead of grow for a few days then return on the others. The reps will be anywhere between 10-15 and the weight wont be too heavy.

Get well soon dude.. If you go lite.. you can get over your cold. Don't go to heavy as it will tax the immune system too much. And if you get the flu.. forget it.. take the 2 weeks off and watch TV. It sucks.

Drink plenty of fluids.. hey.. I'm sounding like.. should I tuck you in now? Jez..

Y'all just gotta learn to be a little sadistic. Legs are the best damn thing to lift... there's never a doubt after I lift legs because my goal is to make myself miserable the next day, it's a little game I play with myself. I haven't had a lifting partner who would keep up with me on legs for more than a week. WIMPS... GO SADISTIC OR STAY HOME, there's your secret MDA... mooohahahahaha.

Well it is the new year and im changing my training again. Im not too happy with my form and bulking at this moment. The bulking worked pretty well (gained 10bs) but my form isnt the best. So i went down in weight and im consentrating on form and muscle targeting. With this, i really blasted my back more than before. in the past, doing 200 at seated cable row, i had a hard time zeroing in on the desired muscle while only doing 3-5 reps. So im now going to take the time to target the muscles and consentrate on form rather than trying to lift big.

Well after a few colds and the holidays, december was a difficult month to lift. But it is the new year and things are starting off pretty good. I started taking creatine again and im responding pretty well. But my strength from december has deminished a bit.

Tuesday - Chest

DB Bench - 10x50lbs (100lbs total)
DB Fly's - 10x35lbs (70lbs total)
Machine Decline Bench - 10x125lbs
DB Bench - 9x75lbs (150lbs total)
DB Fly's - 8x40lbs (80lbs total)
Machine Decline Bench - 9x155lbs
DB Bench - 6x75lbs (150lbs total)
DB Fly's - 6x45lbs (90lbs total)
Machine Decline Bench - 6x170lbs

I was going to do machine incline bench by my right shoulder was hurting. I have tendonitis in my rotor cuff and the movement hurts a bit.
