Yeah I may try cutting the volume in half on back and working it twice a week, Neil. Thanks for the responces.

I always keep my workouts @ or under 60min. I've read a few studies saying how after 75min testosterone falls and cortisol levels rise sharply. Which is not what I want!

mda i'll try to get as much sleep as I can tonight. Although I have to get up early to get a free flu shot in the morning. But I have all day to watch college football and sleep. Smile But its not the same as continous sleep though Smile

Ok i'm back. I was on fall break. Through my days off my diet was pretty much the same, although I ate a lot of steak Smile I was VERY lazy my few days off hence why I haven't been on since friday night.

Sleep=6hrs

Diet


Meal 1
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 scoops whey
1 tbsp flax oil
16oz water

Meal 2


Meal 3


Meal 5


Meal 6


Workout
