Yeah I may try cutting the volume in half on back and working it twice a week, Neil. Thanks for the responces. I always keep my workouts @ or under 60min. I've read a few studies saying how after 75min testosterone falls and cortisol levels rise sharply. Which is not what I want! mda i'll try to get as much sleep as I can tonight. Although I have to get up early to get a free flu shot in the morning. But I have all day to watch college football and sleep. But its not the same as continous sleep though
