Noticible I'd say.

I started on March 4th at 196 lbs
I am currently on March 19th at 193 lbs.

That is roughly 1 lb a week. I think with diet, cardio and this legal supplement, it's doing a nice job.

One thing I can say for sure... I'm damn happy on this stuff and my appetite is under control.

Are you still doing a work out routine. or just cardio?

I had to stop taking this stuff. Unfortunately I've noticed that whenever I've gone on a cycle of taking it...I have an almost constant headache. Not a big headache, but enough that I'm limiting myself in the gym. Sucks....in fact that's the first supplement I've had that I get headaches with....oh well.

BTW Marc, if you want the remaining HEAT that I have I can mail it to ya...I'd hate to have to waste it..know what I mean? Hell I spent 40 bucks for the stuff. It's currently taken up residency with my San Tight and San T3 (neither of which I use either).

I'm off it now. Ran out. Still doing the cardio but not as lifted in terms of mood. I really did like HEAT.

Unlike Pappy, I never experienced any side effects. But not every supplement effects each of us the same.

I am doing the Optimum Anabolics workout routine followed by HIIT cardio 2x a week.

Yo fellas-

Just wanted to point out that HEAT has NOT been discontinued.

The price and minimums on alpha-yohimbine have gone way up so we're trying to work through that, plus we've got several big new projects we're dealing with (one of them is another thermogenic for people who like to be stimmed up, unlike with HEAT).

But we'll get it back out ASAP.
