when it comes to dieting supps, i personally find hunger control to be the best quality. A lot of people are weary of using nicotine, most aren't even aware of hoodia and ephedrine is too potent for some sensitive people, so i think HEAT is a good substitute for this.

I'm only maybe 1/2 thru the bottle but here's a short take so far: Label Claims: * Superior nutrient partitioning I have to admit I don't know what this means or how I would know. So no comment. * Superior thermogenesis From the limited products I've tried in this same supplement category, I will have to say this is true. I feel as if my metabolism is helped by this product without the nasty side effects that many people talk about. * Greater energy expenditure increase Given. If you increase the metabolism (however you do it) you are going to have a greater energy expenditure. * Reduced anxiety and jitters Now this I can feel. I started off with 1 pill, 3 times a day. I bumped that up to 3 pills, 3 times a day. I've noticed nothing like Lipo-6 where I was anxious and jittery. While on this supplement, I've been able to do my cardio without having a jumping heart rate and feeling all nervous. * Superior hunger control I'm on a cut cycle now. So I'm about 20% below my maintenance calories. I cannot tell you how annoying it is to be hungry all the time. But I will say that this claim seems to be true. My hungar is bearable and has not been a problem. Other then being midly annoyed that I'm hungry I'm not starving or famished or getting angry because of it. It would appear this is controlling my appetite in a very nice fashion. Not killing it but making it managable. * More leptin friendly Still don't know what leptin is so I don't know what this means. * Enhances mood and energy Another big plus. This really is like a happy pill or something. My mood overall has been damn happy. In fact, the other day I was just glowing. It was Friday, it was a nice day.. but the bottom line is, ever since I've been taking this product I have noticed overall, I'm really energetic and I am generally really happy. Things that were true before but not to this degree. I can totally support this claim by my own personal feelings. * Caffeine free True. No jitters. Doesn't seem to bug me at all if I have coffee along with this stack. I don't feel any bad feelings or anything I would complain of at all. * Ephedra free True. No effects of Ephedra present in this product. * Reduced heart rate and blood pressure increase Not sure what to make of this one. My heart rate has decreased probably due to my HIIT sessions over the last month. Blood pressure increase? I won't if taking NO2 will affect this in any way? And this probably isn't the product for somebody with high blood pressure. Then again, what is. I'm not entirely sure of this statement so my comments are withheld. Summary so Far: I really like it! I had to quit Lipo-6 about 1 day after taking it only because it was so annoying. I was jittery, I was nervous and my heart rate was jumping all over. Impossible to do cardio because I could not control my heart rate. But H.E.A.T. thus far has been brilliant. No side effects and I've lost 2 lbs. Hopefully fat. I think it's done what it claims. To supplement and speed up my fat loss efforts. But I'm not done with the bottle yet. So stayed tuned.

Partitioning = where the calories you consume go. + partitioning = More calories to muscle, less to fat. - partitioning = more calories to fat, less to muscle.

Yes. I'd have to say my mood has been rather heighted since taking this supplement. I also notice that if I do take 3 pills on a completely empty stomach, I do actually feel a "heat" sensation of sorts after swollowing the pill. It lasts about 2-5 minutes. It's like the upper half of me is getting warm.

I feel like I'm on some trial Avant thing...I'm on both HEAT and Absolved...trying to help kickstart my fat burning... (and yes Im' working out and eating well too).

Sorry, i should have provided that info.. I started with 1 3x per day for only 2 days, then moved to full 3 3x per day after that. Like I said, I missed a day or two and my diet at first wasn't the best... I'm also taking Hoodia from NOW, thanks to your guys very informative website forums. Hey BTW, on the Ab-solved, is there any kind of expiration date? the two bottles I have are almost a year old...just wondering if I should bother using these bottles.?

The good thing about H.E.A.T. is that you don't feel a whole lot. It's not a thermogenic that makes you jittery and such. Take Lipo-6. You'll feel it. But I didn't like it. I don't feel vitamins either but I know over time they work slowly. I am waking up more alert and less groggy. I've all but stopped needing coffee anymore. But I do have a cup daily well after 10am. I'm only 1/2 done as well so I'll keep on posting and such. So far I'm much happier with this product then Lipo-6. I didn't like that fact that it interferred wth my heart rate.

Well I feel good about Avant labs....when you go to a lot of companies sites, you see a certain type of self promotion I personally dont' care for at all. However, I love all of the information Avant gives out. Certainly seems to be the only ones out there providing this level of detail, and that's to be commended for. I'm sure HEAT will work well and I understand that I am not going to get any thermo type affects from it. To be honest, I didn't expect to, I was really hoping it would help me burn fat more efficiently. I probably should have put that in my original post. I won't make a decision on whether to continue taking it until I consume two bottles in a consistent setting.

I have a query. Would you suggest this to a 120 lb female on a cut or no? I'm looking for a little help. Anything other than this maybe? thanks.

I'd suggest this product on a cut. Along with cardio and diet. Here's what I'm doing on H.E.A.T. 15-20% reduced calories below maintenance in a zig-zag fashion HIIT cardio 2-3x a week Green Tea (3-5 cups) Coffee (1 cup)
