This belongs in the Out of Bounds section. But its fine. I prefer to listen to my own music. Primus, Metallica, Children of Bodom, ect. But my Gym plays garbage like Oldies and Rap(No offense 8pack). Usually I bring my iPod and some headphones. But occasionally I'll bring speakers and me and some guys usually crank up Hendrix.

I listen to a wide range of rock on my mp3 player with a few rap songs thrown in every 6 or so songs to mix it up...

Hypnotised to realise that this surprise will end in demise in front of your eyes. Shining with lies you sent your spies, spat your alibies and your words rotted, rotted and attracted flies. Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

Well I go to my tiny little gym at my apartments and I just turn on BET on there and listen to whatever they are playing on those shows The Circle and Rap City. But if u get that one Metal Gear Solid theme...that definately makes you go just a little further.
