Gentlemen, Gentlemen. I personally have not done this stack, but a couple of my buddies have. The science beind is simple, the creatine is delievered into the muscles via glucose, insulin transports the creatine saturated glucose into the muscles. By boosting more insulin into your body you will be able to put more creatine into your skeletal muscles. I plan on trying it in a few months and wil keep you posted on my progress. Yes it is very dangerous to someone who does not know how much to use and is using it by themselves. Also you will have to work your butt of to keep most of the muscle and strength, you will lose some as you cycle off. If you are not a serious bodybuilder I would not recommend this to you. Also if you are one of those people who are none responsive to creatine, this stack will not help you. My one friend cycled off 2 months ago and has kept most of his muscle he went from 180 to 210 in 5 weeks and his strength and power are waaay up! PM me with your weight and height so I can tell you how much to use, also don't bother if you are a diabetic, I don't want to kill you, but don't blame me if something bad happens, since all of our bodies are different. wow, first of all insulin does not transport creatine in muscles. Insulin is a SUGAR that is ALREADY produced in your body. You sure insulin isn't a peptide hormone?

growing up with a mother with diabetes i know a few things about insulin. taking insulin can greatly reduce your bodys blood sugar levels. for any of you who have a had low blood sugar its not a great feeling. it can happen when you haven't eaten in a while. in fact its called a low blood sugar attack. thats how bad it is for you. you get moody and have a great lack of energy. feels like you could pass out. you become very shaky, you break out with hot flashes for no reason, and become pale. and there are many health risks. going into a coma is one fo them. i happen to have some sugar problems. my body produces to much insulin. sometimes i wonder if this is why i have had some quick gains. anyway, if i were to eat something like a bagel, my sugar levels rise. as a result my insulin levels rise but, more than they should. then my blood sugar levels plummet. when this happens i feel extremely hungry. like i haven't eaten in days. i get that weak feeling but at the same time i feel the need to destroy things. like i could run through walls. it may sound like a good thing. the feeling like you could run through walls and making great gains. but your bodys sugar levels are nothing to play with. the closest steriod like things that insulin can give you are negative side effects.

Terrible advice. There are probably some out there that look at these posts in all seriousness and say Hey, I could gain that much weight in that short of time? What the Hell I'll try it not knowing he/she may have a reaction to this injection which could possibly be fatal to some. You may be one of these individuals. Just because it may work on your friend(s) it may have serious consequences on you. Be careful my friend. Peace

ORIGINAL: Bigmike77 wow, first of all insulin does not transport creatine in muscles. Insulin is a SUGAR that is ALREADY produced in your body. if you have too much INSULIN, you will get TYPE 2 DIABETES. I highly warn you not to do it, and i highly recommend that you tell your friends to stop. Dont think of this as creatine, creatine yes is made in the body but not to a degree that insulin is. Correct everybodys body is different, but i bet you me and you still get the same amount of insulin as anybody else. It might get you "steriod like" results, but in 5-10 years from now you can get diabetes, WHICH DOES NOT GO AWAY. you can't"out grow" diabetes. I dont wanna sound like an a** but come on dude be real now. Get some common sence. And your wrong because by pumping more insulin it actully does not put more creatine into your skeletal muscles. Now i dont wanan sound like a doctor but my aunt is, and she happens to have type 2 diabetes. Shes had it for 8 years, and hey again SHE CANT OUT GROW IT. Bad idea, and think before you post. again not to sound like a di** -Mike Just wanted to clarify a few things… 1) Insulin is NOT a sugar. It’s a hormone produced naturally by your pancreas in response to blood sugar levels 2) Too much insulin does NOT cause Type 2 diabetes. It causes low blood sugar levels (known as HYPOGLYCEMIA) which in extreme cases (e.g if insulin is taken by those who are not educated enough on the matter ) can cause seizures, coma and death. There has been a lot of research into causes of Type 2 Diabetes and it is widely believed, in the medical community, to be due to a genetic defect in susceptible individuals causing insulin RESISTANCE – in which your bodys tissues do not respond to insulin as they should and do not take up adequate amounts of sugar and hence u have High levels of sugar in the blood. However, saying that, long-term insulin use or rather mis-use (provided it doesn’t kill you or cause you to fit first) could POSSIBLY cause your body to be ‘de-sensitized’ to insulin and hence causing type 2 diabetes (my theory) – but, to date, we have NO CONCLUSIVE MEDICAL EVIDENCE to back this up. But saying all this, injecting insulin into your ass is the stupidest thing ive heard. If this was such a great idea, why aren’t all the bodybuilders doing it right now as we speak? Because they know that messing with insulin, a seemingly innocent but extremely dangerous if used in the wrong way, is probably not wise unless they have medical advice. Still want to manipulate ure insulin levels??? In that case, do it the natural way by increasing/decreasing your intake of carbs. Easiest and fastest response will be from eating plain sugar (glucose). So if u really desire an insulin spike(such as what you would get from that butt injection), eat 5 tablespoons of sugar and (providing that your are healthy with no medical conditions) you should get that insulin peak that you were initially thinking of getting through your arse. Some food for thought…
