from personal experience, the pills dont work, they were alot cheaper to buy though, i got them at a pharmacy over the counter, the were like $16, they dont work, i cycled off them and went back to paying a litle more for the powder.

I used the pills for about 2 months. I gained 10 pounds in just under 1 month, but after that they seemed to have lost their affect so i stopped using them but never lost the gains i had got from them. I would recommend them if you want to gain some weight fast.

I would stick to the powder jase, the caps are way too expensive.

Think I will just leave the stuff alone. The more I read about what's really going on with it the more it scares me...

Powder is better, the liquid is over priced crap.
