Same rules. Just over here now.

1. Post pics by Saturday.

2. Bulk or cut for 8 weeks.

3. Post pics and vote for your favorite transformation!

my goals arent set to high but i passed my goal up. i wanted to be 170-180lbs by june, and it is july and i rotate from 195-200lbs. this makes me extra pissed off b/c i now do alot of cardio. cardio: 5-6 days a week, usually in the morning but sometimes in early afternoon. i am starting more and more to be able to jog longer, but then like the next day, my calf starts to cramp up. i also injured my shoulder doing DB presses b/c i had a hard time picking up the weight, and then it fell out of my hands. but whatever, you fall off the bike, you get back up and try to ride it.

im not fired up bro. its kool, i just think it is weird he had to ask if i was going to bulk... a little weird. if i was to bulk, i would be a 230lb fatass once again but prolly stronger than before. ha ha

swole-cut then. i would bulk to 215, try to gain more muscle, then cut

I'm throwing my hat into this ring. If I can put my old, worn out, 30% fatness on here in a couple of pics ( In a couple of days, Im off then) Then SVSF you have to do better than jeans and a shirt. At least wear your workout clothes. Or do you workout looking like that? Believe me I thought long and hard on doing this too. But hey, I'm not getting any younger.

My last bulk was very bad on my part...I never kept track of calories and paid the price

Should be some good motivation at least
