What kind of things do you guys make/eat on a work out day for breakfast. I'm talking high protein. I can't really seem to find anything that appeals to me for a work out day breakfast...

Recipes would be nice...

Suggestions...

Oats
Whole eggs
Whey protein
Milk
Fruit
PB

I typically make a shake with some combination of the above

You can also make an omelette (good way to add veggies), or eat some organic cereal

I usually make an omlet with ham chunks and a slice of cheese, with either natural PB on whole wheat toast, or the eggs with oatmeal (I'm trying to figure out what to put in my oatmeal still, honey or whey protein.)

Thanks for the ideas. I heard you breakfast should be the biggest and most nutritious and lunch should be smaller and dinner is smallest meal of the day.

Any other recipes out there?

I have oatmeal w/blueberries in it, glass of OJ with half scoop of whey, and some toast with natural peanut butter.

If I'm in a rush I'll make a peanut butter banana smoothie.

big huge spoon of peanut butter
12 oz milk
BIG banana
cottage cheese(Same measuring method as PB)
Then Oatmeal
...delicious

If it wasn't painfully difficult then you didn't do it right

"eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a peasant."

I prefer boiled eggs and milk. It will be well sufficient for health and fitness. I think this will be better for you. Never think off negative way always be positive what you are doing and what you will do....

I like the idea of breakfast as the biggest meal of the day. However, how is it supposed to be the biggest meal of the day if your breakfast is only omelettes and/or orange jucie?

i wake up at 3:45 AM, i have a protein bar, then go to the gym.  i come home, have a banana and some oatmeal, go upstairs and take a shower for work.  i come back downstairs and make an omelette before i go to work.

to me, my breakfast is oatmeal, a banana, and an omlette.

when i'm bulking, i eat turkey and eggs......DELICIOUS
