hahaha some people can do that though.

the only trick i know is to put it under your tongue, put some orange juice in your mouth, and then bring it up and swallow.  but those huge pills in there make it hard to do

they are sick multi's , but man do they smell and are hard to swollow! Theres a few big ones two that i gaged on. I know the label says not to take with food but i did, it just help me get them down. Good luck man.

that's what i've heard, that's why i started taking them.  the only thing i've failed to figure out (probably out of lack of research) is what makes them so good, and what great effects do they have on your body that other multi's don't?

2g ginseng, 2g arginine, about 3g other aminos, 1000 mg vit c, chromium picolinate, enzymes, phosphatidyl choline, and shark cartilage

    Know any other multi that can stack up to that?

i've heard multipro 32X is pretty good

no ginseng
no aminos
chromium chelate good but you also want picolinate
no efas
no joint support
only 200 mg of c
and not even close to animal on the b vitamins


The only good thing about it is the form of all the minerals(chelate) it's natural so you will absorb more of it.

ON's vitamin is good if you don't want to swallow as many pills, not as good as animal but only 3 pills a day and they aren't too big, also a lot cheaper than animal.

You will get better at it. I did them one at a time for a while, now half pak at a time. I could prob do the whole pak but I dont feel like I should risk my life swallowing a multivitamin, lol.

When I'm taking pills I take a sip of drink first then pop in the pills. This way I really don't have to taste it. Haven't had animal pak before but if it's really that nasty just hold your nose when you take it. If you hold your nose you won't be able to taste it.

try putting two of the bigger ones in your mouth, seperate them at the back of your mouth, one on each side, then sip a good amount of water and swallow. At least take the three small ones at the same time...lol
 
I found that if they are in the back of your mouth first, then water, it makes it much easier because when you first swallow wate the pill goes down right away instead of it floating around in your mouth and being one of the last things to go down. Does that make sense?

yeah that makes sense.  i've found that taking it with a thicker liquid like orange juice or milk makes it even easier

I take a small swig of water, hold my mouth open, place usually around 3 big pills on the back of my tongue and another swig and swallow. its alot easier if you already have liquid in your mouth and placing them on the back of your tongue makes you want to naturally swallow.
