how many times can u rep 225? - Sunday, June 29, 2008 5:53 PM
Last time i tried this it was about summer time last year and was able to put up 11 good reps i think, today when i was working out my chest i swear i felt like freakin hercules haha, i guess it was cuz i had a spotter and i wasnt scared to try heavier weight

well with how my workout went today, i feel i would be able to put up atleast 20 or more reps

haha u might as well go for 300!, eh 20 reps is an estimate lol, i just felt so strong today, ill try it wen i recover from todays chest workout tho

last time i maxed out, which was last year i was at 365, but i was also weighing it at over 200lbs, right now im barely at 180, so i dunno...its just i been progressing so much from my chest workouts, i havent really wanted to test my max out just yet

my goal is 405 tho, cuz theres a 400lb bench club at the gym

Not all of us are huge and buff like you Jon.

Edit: I think that would totally freak out some guys in my gym if I started repping even 65s.
