Optimum Nutrition Can i pick this up at my local gnc? Does it really work for power lifting and also how many times do you take a shake a day?

You can find lots of Optimum products here. Much less then GNC. Not sure which Optimum product you mean but they are famous for protein. And that will benefit lifters (power or bodybuilders). The frequency is usually 1-3 times per day. Especially post-workout.

check e-bay, i just bought 2- 5lb tubs for 50.oo shipped, that is almost unheard of, but the stuff is awesome, and easy on your wallet to0!

Personally if I want great protein at a low cost I go to www.proteinfactory.com They have no brand names so its cheap. They actually ship the protin in a giant plasic bag which saves on the container as well. The site gives you all the values of each specific protein which they offer at leat 20 kinds. Its a great site for protein and I recommed it to everyone. I just think that the EXPENSIVE main stream protein is just a marketing ploy. More $$$ = better protein.....I think not.
