Almost anytime that I have used creatine, or a "creatine matrix", I have experienced both stomach irritation and dizziniess during exercise, I think they just come with the territory. As for the pissing, that is a good sign that you are properly hydrating yourself, if not, you could be damaging your kidneys.

Newcommer, I am very conservative, but I would definetly recommend starting lifting on a high protein diet and NO supplements. I know they can be tempting, but since you're only just now starting to lift, I would take this time to concentrate on proper form and building a foundation that supplements can help you build upon a little later. In the long run, I think you'd be pretty happy taking this route.

Well eating a protein rich diet is made much easier by taking whey protein, my choice is Designer, it's cheap and high quality. I would wait until I had a solid foundation (proper form, general knowledge of exercises and what muscles they work, etc.) until I tried creatine supplementation, and I would wait at least a couple years before I messed with NO Xplode. Peope nowadays seem to use supplements as motivation to lift and forget to lift because they genuinly enjoy the activity and the results thereof, but at some point, and regularly, everybody should lift naturally or with only protein supplements. While supplements can be extremely beneficial, they can be dangerous and tempting, as everybody wants to make the most out of their time in the gym.

Yeah, or until you turn 18. I have taken NO Xplode before, and I enjoyed the results, but I did experience stomach aches and light-headedness during my workouts. In addition, on the label it reads "not for people under the age of 18". I am currently taking Formadrol Extreme which is a mild testosterone booster, and is recommended for people 21 and up, and designer whey immediately after workouts. I am looking into what my next supplements will be in a month when I am done with Formadrol and after taking a few weeks off from supplements, using nothing but Designer Whey. I will probably go with a Nitric Oxide/Creatine supplement, like NO Xplode, stacked with some other kind of test booster (if I like what I see).

Is no xplode more for looks or will it help me out strength wise...(or both)? 5. Will my veins show and look good? 6. Did u have any really big side effects? 7. Will it help me lose any weight? 8. And what does creatine mean nd how much does no xplode contain? ......Is that a good amount of cretine or is it unhealthy? ...like i said i dont really kno a ton about lifting and all these supplements so forgive me if it sounds stupid...

Newcommer, def not stupid to research these questions, and for starters just google no xplode and see what you can come up with. NO Xplode will help you gain strength, but many people find that using nitric oxide and/or creatine does come with a period of time after use when your body is deficient in producing its own, and you can experience temporary lethargy, weakness and hit a plateau/loss. The results, in my experience, come very quickly, and the NO component def makes your veins bulge. It can help you lose weight in that you will (hopefully) gain lean muscle mass which will burn more of your caloric intake. I can't find anything that says exactly how much creatine is in no xplode because they refer to it as a creatine "matrix". However, the side effects, other than listed in previous posts, are sketchy since this product is designed for those 18 and up, and probably recommended for 21 and up. At 16, you haven't reached the age where your body has peaked in its testosterone production and balanced out its hormones, so the side effects could be more pronounced at your age. I'm not your dad so I won't tell you 'don't do it', but be careful and remember that you don't need to rely on a tub of powder to build the body you want.

The fact that this supplement helps you to gain lean muscle mass in itself helps you to lose weight(fat) since your body needs to burn more energy(calories). If you want to maximize fat loss, eat a high protein low sugar diet and eat mostly complex carbs, and try not to eat any carbs before bed.

when you sleep at night, your body's metabolism slows and your body stores the carbs you eat right before bed as fat, you should try to get around 8 hours of sleep every night

Don't start handing your money to supp companies until the supps can actually help you in the gym. Like crazy said, without proper form and knowledge of different exercises you are only wasting your time at the gym along w/ the $$ spent on NoXplode.

I talked it over with my doctor and he told me to stop taking it for a while so i did and i took another blood test the other day so im waiting on the results to see if that was it. but i was reading other peoples reviews on no explode and a couple had the same problem i did. i didnt have any stomach problems or headaches though other than the whole liver thing its a good product but everyones body is different.

I started taking NO Explode about 5 weeks ago with cellmass and Cytogainer. I have been working out for the last 17 years and the last 10 or so have really been more of a maintenace. I'm getting married in Feb and wanted to beef up a few pounds for the honeymoon. The NO's caffine is what gives you that kick in the gym. It doesn't make you bigger, but it wakes you up so that you push a little harder. I took creatine back in the early 90's when it first came out and it worked great for me. But then I stopped responding to it and even after cycling off for 6 months and a year, I still didn't respond to it. I think with the combination of the NO and the Cellmass (and of course most importantly, eating enough good calories) I was able to put on about 12 lbs in 5 weeks (not all muscle, of course). Now, in response to the blood work. I'm a financial planner and part of what I do is sell life insurance. Clients have to have blood work done and to get approved they have "clean" blood. This is what I tell them. What happens is that when you work out and/or take protien supplements (whey, creatine, etc.), you raise the level of protien in your blood. With working out, this is done because of the micro trauma to your muscles, which cause tiny tears and release protiens into your blood stream. A high protien diet, obvisouly, also puts lots of protien into your blood. What happens is that a blood test looks at your levels of creatinine and blood urea nitrogen. High levels of these indicate that your liver and/or kidney's aren't functioning properly. The deal is that the range they use to measure this is for sedentary people who don't take supplements. So even though your test came back showing liver problems, you are probably fine. Don't take blood work when on a high protien diet or within a day or two after working out. I would recommend that you don't train on friday and take the weekend off, drink lots of water, eat fruits and veggies for those 3 days, stay on a low protien diet and go in for your blood work on monday morning before having breakfast. Your bloodwork should be just fine, then.

hey im curious.. since you're one of the people who've been taking creatine from basically the 'beginning'.. How long did your body remain responsive to it? I know when I decided to start getting serious about lifting weight, the decision to start taking creatine was the toughest I had to make because of all the speculation of its benefits.
