Ok well today (Friday) I just started taking No-Xplode. Well it definately gives you energy. However I don't recommend taking it on a completely empty stomach, try eating something like an hour or so before you take it because I didn't have anything since last night and it made me jittery as all hell. Also I was able to blast through the first few sets with little effort but after that I kinda lost it, I'm assuming it's because I had no food at all in my stomach though. So Monday I'll give it a try again hopefully with better results. My arms definately feel more shot than usual even though I couldn't go as hard as I wanted to so I guess it's doing something. As for the taste I got the fruit punch and it's actually pretty good. Just don't expect it to look like red gatorade, it was much murkier kind of like deoxygenated (I think) blood. Anyway I'll give an update Monday.

OK well today was my second workout with the stuff. I had something to eat about three hours before my workout this time and that definitely helped out. The only thing was that after some of the more difficult sets I would get light headed for a minute... anyone have any ideas about that? Well I was able to go harder than usual so I guess it's doing something. I think next time I'm going to try eating a little closer to workout time. Also With it I'm able to lift as much as I could in December before I took the month off when I went home. It's still a little early to get ahead of myself looking for results but I'll keep everyone posted.

Just watch how much you eat and drink before leg day... On my last leg day i ended up puking all over the 24 hour fitness floor and i was rather embarrased, but i learned a good lesson.

Big Red-I've been taking it for 2 weeks and haven't experienced any dizziness. I'm using 2 scoops not 3 though. However the first couple of days, my stomach was upset. But I have since gotten used to it. I've seen results both in strength and mass. Hope that helps! Oh yea, volumizer is a word in my book too!

ORIGINAL: 8pack i asked this on the other thread, noone answered. Is no-explode a creatine? NO-Xplode has the unique ability to get you dialed in and pumped up for every single workout by inducing the strongest and most advanced nitric oxide, creatine, and body-mind stimulating surge ever developed in a supplement. No other products can say that! No other products can do that! this is directly from their web sight. and yes i have also experienced the farts, and they dont smell like fruit punch. What I am still trying to find out is how much creatine is in NO-X. I am not sure if it is giving me enough or if I should be taking more. But I do not want to start taking another creatine supplement if NO-X is giving me the correct amount. Not to sure how bad extra creatine in the body is. If anyone can help on this part I am interested.

hello all i m new here and i have been reading over your posts. even though i have not tried it yet seems most of you get good results. as far as getting enough creatine from no- X remember that they say you should stack it with cell mass postworkout as well. I will be ordering some soon, so one more outlook for ya. anyway good luck to you all and keep up the good work.

I haven't had any farting issues yet, just that I have to go leak just about every 5 seconds.

Also true, but I feel like if you didn't drink all that water you would just piss yourself to dehydration, assuming that's possible of course.

yea i have been tkain it for a little less than a week and i definatly get the dizziness. i rep out more than i thought i could then stand up and almost pass out lol. the dizziness for me lasts about 10 secs after standin up. i love the stuff though. its great. i recommend anyone to get this. go find somewhere where the store will match internet prices (or order off the net.). you should be able to find it for about $37-40 not including S&H.

That's exactly what happens to me, that was better than I could explain it though. I was about to get it for about $35+ tax at GNC during gold card week, seemed like a pretty good deal to me.
