Iforce 12 week cycle - Saturday, May 31, 2008 6:01 PM
Bold 200 - 600-800mg a day
Testabolon - 2 am, 2 pm
Liver support
6-oxo for PCT

Other Shit:

Creatine
Multi
Flaxseed Oil
Cytogainer

Im still working out the kinks on my caloric intake but its looking around 200g protein, 600-700g carbs, 150g fat.

The workout

Day A: Squats, Deadlifts, Clean and Press
Day B: 40 min cardio, cavles, abs
Day C: Upper Body


mon - A
tues - B
wed - C
thurs -B
Fri - A
sat - optional B
sun - off

mon - b
etc.

Every Workout i aim to either add weight, reps, or sets.

Ill be updating this alot for the next few days till i get the kinks 100% worked out.

Today running at 600mg going to bump up to 800 in a week.

Measurements: These are cold flexes

left forearm - 11.1 inches
Left Bi(flexed) - 15 inches
left Quad(flexed) - 25 inches
left Calf(flex) - 16.2 inches
waist at belly button - 33inches
Widest part of my midsection(below belly button) - 37 inch

Im super high waisted aka long legs ( the top of my hip bones almost touch the bottom of my rib cage)

Right side is about the same.

Height - About 6`2
Weight - 200lbs

Todays workout

rep range 3x15

Exercises:

Squats
Deadlifts
Clean and Press(may become just a clean if my shoulder is still feelign wierd)

Warmup = 2 sets at half weight and half rep range
5-10min cooldown post workout on elliptical

And as far as feeling the supps so far

My muscle look and feel fuller and my libido has gone up.

*on a side note i just quit smoking pot about 15 days ago after 3 years of everyday use so somethings maybe be from that as well.

I felt super lethargic today for some reason but once i got going on workout it was good stuff.

Did my workout just like planned except:

Had to do a few pauses during squats, im not used to the 15 rep range i have like no endurance.

Overall good workout only took about 30 minutes

I just hope i can walk tomorrow!

Got a lil busy yesterday and didnt go do cardio however i did do it so i guess thats kinda cardio haha.


Today had an awsome workout i felt alot more pumped than usual

Rep range 3x15

Assisted Pull ups (underhand)
Push Ups ( had to do a few pauses)
Bicep Curls
Skull Crushers

40 minutes of cardio today not to intense just moderate

did 20 min on tredmill full incline
then 5 minutes of stairs
then 15 minutes on elliptical

Still running the Bold at 600mg/day going to bumb up to 800mg starting monday.

On a side note My pumps have been alot better and just from looking in the mirror it looks like im getting bigger esp in the biceps.

Ima take measurements again at week 6 just to see if anything has changed.

Awsome workout today

Squats 3x15
Romanion Deadlifts 3x15
Upright rows with close grip(didnt hit middle back on wednesday) 3x15
Seated Calve raises - 3 sets to failure or when i couldnt take the pain
Dumbell shrugs - 3x15+(did a few partials at end to really burn em out)

On a sidenote knees felt a little wierd today so ima try to squat with my feet a lil closer to take some pressure of ye old knees. Possibly get some stuff to wrap knees up with to take even more pressure off them.

Looking Forward to bumping up to 800mg on monday!!

On another side note im going to get some animal flex or some stuff from my gym for joint health.

sons of bitches is all i can say my gym lost power and i still had bis and tris and a lil shoulders to do :(

However heres what i did get in

Upright rows 3x15
Incline Push ups 3 sets to failure(i have numbers in my journal so i can make sure im progressing)
Assisted pull ups 2x15
assisted Wide grip pull ups 1x15

this does not seem like much but i have never done this rep range and i absolutely kill myself every set.

Looking forward to the big 3 on wednesday.

On a side note im taking 800mg today so well see happens over the next few weeks.

To be honest i really dont feel much different anymore i think i had placebo effect for a few days, but well see what happens at end of cycle that will be the truth of it.

Im almost out of no xplode which i rarely use anyway but sometimes 1 scoop on slow days helps alot.

Im kidna tempted to get teh nano vapor + anabolic halo for kicks (i like muscletech ive had nothing but solid results from their prodcuts and i dont mind spending the money)

Shoulder is still feeling wierd but im supplementing with Animal pak joint support and doing shoulders//joint exercises before my chest//tricep workouts.

*reminder get protein nitro tech? its only 26 bucks for me at my gym.

Im also doing a very good job of focusing during workouts , i let nothing around me distract me just me the wieghts and my music.

if your  not noticing a difference maybe you should increase the dose

i dont know if you need creatine + NO products on designer steroid supps..Their supposed to be strong enough, but I never tried one so I cant really say for sure.

ya i read that you dont start feeling true effects for like 3-4 weeks im only on day 9 so still got alot of time and this is only second day on 800 mg, and as far as the muscletech stuff i just love muscletech haha i dont know why but their prodcuts always work really well for me.

But ya ill prolly wait till my cycle is over before i think about getting nano and anabolic halo.

Went ahead and did arms today to make up for yesterday and cardio.

bicep curls 3x15
skull crushers 3x15

some light shoulder stuff to get blood into the joints and ligaments.

then did 3 rounds of EPOC

1 min all out 2 mins at moderate = 1 round.

used elliptical today.

still doing 800mg/day, i cant wait for week 12 to get here.

Squats 3x15 - finally getting used to the rep range a lil bit but going to start going real heavy on week 4.
Deadlifts 3x15 - i ****ing love deadlifts


did not do clean and press- shoulder felt wierd.

when i wieghed after first post i was acutally 193 the morning after, weighed this morning and im 201 prolly quite a bit of water weight but well see what happens

My goal is to hit 215 by end of cycle a SOLID 215 not that water bs.

Ran out of multi which sucks balls but i did get some muscle milk on sale for 16 bucks, cant beat that.

Tomorrow im ordering- rest of the BOLD and testobolan and the 180 count 6-oxo, along with Animal Pak(44 packs)

did 60min on elliptical going all out for 1 minute every 5 minutes after a 10 min warmup.

And i was looking through other reviews so far everyone is saying they started really feeling it around week 4
