If you add fruit to it can really fill you up. its a great source of protien too. Most low fat yogurt has lots of sugar, I would check that out just to make sure. Thats what Im saying man! I was in the supermarket the other day looking at some yougurt to get and the average one was loaded in sugar like 20grams of sugar in each one, so I ended up buying plain old greek yogurt it has 17grams of protein per container but it was 2.50$ just for one?! Thats pretty pricey if you ask me
ORIGINAL: RobertN I kind of like the South Beach High Protein cereal bars. 10g protein, 140 calories. Pretty good too. Otherwise; Yogurt, natural peanut butter, Clif Bars, Kashi shredded wheat cereal, tuna w/mustard and wheat crackers, almonds and unsalted peanuts, canned chicken breast...........
