Notes:
Still getting used to the quick supersetting and the timing of the program. Realized that not only my strength has gone down a significant amount, but I forgot how little endurance you have on the first week back. I can do 2 sets fine with little problems... then I reach the third set and my muscles seem to give out. Which explains why I've dropped the weight on some supersets. Also, my ab routine got a little messed up cause I was planning on doing weighted crunches on an exercise ball... but they were having workout classes at my gym in the room with the exer balls and I didn't feel like going in there to get one. So I replaced that with the machine. You start in a sitting position and you crunch downwards, I really felt a burn with such a high weight and low reps. I feel like I'll be hurting tomorrow.
I feel good from yesterday's workout. My traps are sore, and I'm glad to be back in the game. Tomorrow is leg day, and I'm not really looking forward to it. I'm gonna do low weight and really focus on the program's emphasis on good form... I havn't done legs in probably over 6 months which is stupid of me, and I dont think I've ever supersetted on leg days, so if I don't post up my results by tomorrow night... assume death and call the police.
cheers...
