yea its a different feeling. not as much pressure on top of u obviously with the 20 rep squats but overall as far as taxing on the body i find higher reps to be much harder. i'm actually thinking of going to only low rep training for awhile after NROL H-1 and maybe H-2. its just a lot more fun way to train, regardless of rest times. heavier weights, less burn/agony lol

Please stick to NROL for a year man. Pleeeeaaaassssseeeeeee. I beg of you. Do a whole year-long program in it (definately the guy who considers skinny an insult for you).

Oh, I'm always in favor of heavy lifting. I lifted plenty heavy during NROL. You are a fat bastard though, so I guess it's good that you're cutting.

I lifted heavy in the hypertrophy routines too. The strength routines are BRUTAL though. Be careful not to go overboard on your 1RM's for S-1. Seriously though, stick to it for a year and stop cutting you skinny bastard. You're gains will be FAR better then if you keep switching to new routines and you keep cutting/bulking/cutting/bulking...... NROL simply won't let you get high body fat.

speaking of NROL, i dont like how he sets it up so i have to take an entire week off every time i get through a rotuine. i mean seriously, 4 weeks and then a whole week off? then 4 more weeks and another week off. i've been cutting for 6 week and have 2 left to do but after that i was planning on jumping right into H-1, not taking a week off. should i be? i really hate taking a week off because i've been regressing for awhile now and i just want to start gaining muscle again! (without much fat obviously lol)

(without much fat obviously lol) You gain muscle during the week off. Recovery is VERY VERY important if you're training intensely enough. If you're not really training as hard as you could, then you could afford to skip the weeks off.

well ur not supposed to go to failure until the later workouts anyway though. i guess the week off is after each program though so u would be hitting failure right before the week off. i dont know how i'm gonna do the routines when i'm at harvard for 4 weeks over the summer tho

F*** going to failure. You want to be able to progress for as long as possible, not choose a weight where you go to failure.
