fourty-five liquid eggwhites (4 1/2 cups)

3 cups oatmeal uncooked in milk.

Wait WHAT???  that is like 160 grams of protein in the egg whites alone...450 cals for the oats...a good 150 for the milk I'm assuming....holy sh** you're lookin at 1300 cals minimum...seems a bit superflous

I need to GROW!!!

Is it true avacados are very cheap in Cali?  I think they go for around $3.00 a pop here.

I buy them for like $0.69 each.

Yeah I wish I could eat avocado's more often...but at 3.25 per avocado I would be broke.  I live in Pittsburgh (go pens) and its rare to get a good avocado.  However I may indulge more this summer because I'm getting 6 months worth of organic produce, meat and dairy from a local CSA farm I am volunteering at this summer for only 200 bucks, so I'm going to be richSmile

I've always wanted to try a pizza from NYC...the only pizza I eat here is the pizza I make myself because everything else sucks.

The pizza guy I go to is from Brooklyn Smile.  Though it's $3.75 a slice, and  I think about $18 a pie.

Not sure though I haven't had pizza in a while.

my b'fast is easily over 1000.  the shake itself is around 900.   add 3 eggs to that and half a cup of low fat yogurt and you're lookin at around 1200 calories just for b'fast

man i havent had cereal in a long time. now that im at the end of my cut some cravings are kicking in and i really want some lol.
i might go back to milk and cheerios PWO, i got better results back then anyway but i doubt it can be attributed to that.

the oatmeal with protein powder and sometimes PB is better than any cereal i've had before though.
