I dunno...I came across this site by just looking up different stuff on the net. I was not losing anymore weight I did not know what do anymore. My first 45-50 pds of weight loss was just common sense. The next 10-15 lbs of weight loss was when I came across danmirage fat loss thread. I am close to the Grapevine. More the Southern Valley than So cal.

Yay i'm near LA if you've ever heard of Riverside, that's where I live.

yup that is approx 1.5 hours away from me.

I found this site from googling different stuff, but found myself coming back here to compare what you all say to what i had read somewhere else. I joined and love it.

haha, after reading the HST website i found myself coming here and reading what smound & brihead had to say about it before i started it.
