Haha, and now that I think of it I probably could've just called someone to come pick me up and given them gas money and stuff, but at the time that thought didn't even occur to me. I was just like, "s*** I have to start walking.....F*** that, I'm gonna catch a cab." Every one of my friends said that they would have came and got me when I told them the story. Oh well, I've blown that much money by putting it in strippers' panties before, so whatever.

ORIGINAL: David1991 so who'd u guys talk about David, I am going to be honest about this one, and I probably shouldn't, but maybe it would be best if I do tell you, so I will. We all think you have an eating/ body image disorder. I am not being funny, I am serious. Take it as you would like, but we certainly all agreed about that.

Well since the ice has already been broken, then ya we did talk about that a little bit. We just realized that #1. You're never going to get to where you want to be with your obsessive worrying about gaining too much fat. To get big, you're going to actually have to.....bear with me on this one......eat big. Also, you're going to have to pick a routine (such as NROL, which you're doing now, and it's a very good one) and STICK TO IT, and not just for a month or two. Stick to it for a year like I keep saying. #2 Keep pushing yourself to lift more weight as often as possible. Stop talking about this failure crap. If you're switching from H-1 to H-2 (if you're doing the guy who considers skinny an insult, which you should be because you're skinny) then don't worry about going to failure during the last workout of H-1. The exercises are all similar enough that the weights you use for one program can pretty much carry over to the next program, and progression can continue to occur. Always leave room for advancement. #3 Stop thinking it's so damn complicated. It's sooooooooo damn simple if you're motivated to do the work which you are. Lift big, eat big, get big. Plain and simple. Don't worry about having a 'cheat meal' even if it's not your scheduled 'cheat meal day'. Eat big, lift big that's it! Cheat meals are extra calories. That's a good thing. #4 You don't need to be doing some crazy velocity diet, keto diet, carb cycling, or some other high-tech diet to get yourself down to 5% body fat. You don't have anything to show off with those diets, AND you're not going into competition, so there's no need for specialized dieting to maintain that level of vascularity anyway. You need a ton of muscle FIRST, which takes nothing more then hard work in the gym and a ton of eating. Just eat MOSTLY healthy stuff in LARGE QUANTITIES and you'll be fine. #5 Worrying about going up 0.0013% bf is much less attractive to the chicks in your highschool then actually being 15% bf (imagine that.) You're failing to realize or accept all these things will definately keep you from ever being where you want to be in BBing. You're obsessive thinking is greatly limiting you. Just the fact that you said "my gains have sucked for the past 10 weeks, but the last 2 have been great" shows me that you really don't get it. It's not a week-to-week thing at your level (and my level, and many other people on heres level). All people like us need to do is keep lifting those heavy ass weights and making them heavier as often as possible, and we have to eat like crazy and not skip meals. If we do that, and don't track s*** then we are gaining. But this shouldn't be anything new to you, I've told you all these things many times before.

Don't forget I had the Kenzinger too Hardway. Also, next time I'm definitely getting a room, the parking was $30 and a room is what? 60? Makes more sense to get a room, to me anyway. And yes, David, you have a problem, that needs to be fixed. Nipple shock therapy would work.

YOUR CUTTING IS THE PROBLEM!!!~!!! The only reason I am so pro you doing the fatloss program as it is laid out is that at least you'll be consistant. But, you are not evern doing that. Your gonna bulk through H1, after spending 8 weeks cutting ???If you are doiing the fat loss program, your diet should remain in a deficate, where you are doing the H Fl or strength routines, as it was laid out. And then what, you are going to losse sight of like a strand of muscle sh*t your pants thinking you are fat, when FFS your not, Nor are you going to get fat. Your on this damn yo-yo, you will never progress, if you keep bouncing up 5 pounds and then bouncing down 5 pounds, and obbessing about how you don't like your progress. YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!! YOU are SKINNY, PUT ON 40 LBS, then cut.

Dave, this could be a very long argument because you do have the tendency to not listen. Just do NROL for a year, and bulk the whole time.

You can skip the first part I don't have the time to explain what I meant ( I am refering to the whole year program of fat loss, not just the fat loss routines as described as Fat loss 1, 2, 3 but doing his program as geared to fat loss, wich uses all the fl routines and Hypertrophy, and strength all in caloric deficate and all while doing the cardio, although the cardio is not always there). I have a meeting to prepare for, I should have just wiped it with out the explaniation. It boils down to this bulk, bulk for a long time stop the fancy schmancy diets, and keep bulking. If you train hard enough your excess fat will be nominal. When you have finally addad 30 pounds of muscle, then talk about cutting. Your young and skinny, you have not even finished growing in height! Stop worring about gaining fat and BULK!!!!
