I wished I had your drive if I had that I would use the other days for intense cardio lol!!! 3 full body workouts is greta for me real results and still have many days to do what I want.

5-15-08 / Thursday / 10 reps ------------------------   Current weight = 201.4 lbs  (played tennis last night for 2 hours.  haha.. look at that fast metabolism GO GO GO!  EFFFF me!) 

Squats  2 x 145 (first set was shiiiitty.  next one was solid perfection) 
Deads 2 x  180 (back felt wonderful this time.  stretching FTW!!) 
Incline BB Press 2 x 205 (got em' all with no spot.) 
Pullups  2 x (BW + 12.5 lbs)
Shoulder Press BB 2 x 145 (got em' all no problems) 
Shrugs Smith  2 x 265 (form was good, but i flexed my left calf during the shrug haha.  wtf am i doing??)
Dips  2 x (BW + 40 lbs) [45lbs is gonna KICK MY ARSE]
Bicep curved BB preacher curls  2 x 85   (my last set, last rep was really slow and difficult, but i got it.)
Standing Calves 2 x (4x45lb on each side)

5-18-08 / Sunday / 10 reps ------------------------   Current weight = 203.6 lbs  (ate good this weekend. even had a few beers.  i feel happy about my progress) 

Squats  2 x 150 (wow... barely got both sets.  planned that perfectly) 
Deads 2 x  190 (good form.  had room for more weight.  wanted to vomit haha) 
Incline BB Press 2 x 210 (1 set of 10,  1 set of 9) 
Pullups  2 x (BW + 15lbs)
Shoulder Press BB - 1 set of 155, followed by 1 set of 165  (my shoulders are getting STRRRRong)
Shrugs Smith  2 x 275 (no problems)
Dips  2 x (BW + 45 lbs) 
Bicep curved BB preacher curls  2 x 90

oh.. yea, forgot about that

i actually have been off the size-on for about a week or 2 now.  it seems to hinder my sleep cycle...   don't know what it is in the size-on that does that but i need my sleep.

so the numbers i'm moving are ALL ME!! which makes me feel even better

good GOD!   for some reason i couldn't sleep that great last night.  i honestly don't even know how long i slept.  i sorta rolled around and tossed and turned.  i'm exhausted today.  bout to start my 6 rep 2 week cycle on HST... and i have no energy.  i will definately be going home and using some NO-explode today.  i gotta have somethin to get me goin'.  and tonight i'm gonna crash

get some B-12. B-12 + Caffeine (No_xplode) = nice energy.

sometimes id get horrible sleep and take 2mg of b12 and 2 1/2 scoops of SP250 and i'd be absoulutely WIRED!! haha

i'll post up my altered routine tonight.  gonnna change a few things. 

most things are gonna be 2 sets (squats/deads)..
but i FULLY intend on absolutely MURDERING my chest with 3 sets.  i can handle it Smile

Ok if your going to be only doing 2x6 on squats and deads then the weight will be higher than if you did 3x6. Might be good since heavier weight on them is a plus than the other exercises.

I have a question on the incline bench vs flat bench... You think I should do what smoudzou has up with having incline bench mon and fri. Have flat bench on wednesday or the opposite flat 2x and incline bench once a week???

Or forget the idea and keep flat everytime???

I'm just curious why some do more incline bench than flat or just incline bench with dips.

Is it because of fear of having man tits???

hmm. i'm not for certain.  there's probably a different number of reasons

1.)  maybe a fear a man-tits hahah.. i doubt it though.

2.) incline might seem to incoorporate other muscles in the lift versus straight flatbench. (ex.. more shoulders/triceps to help with incline)

3.) personal preference.  changing things up.

i just did 2 weeks of incline bench.  got up to 2 sets of 210 on bb.  now i'm switching back to flatbench for the 6 rep cycle.

i guess it's really up to you.  there really isn't a right or wrong way.. either way is working the chest.

5-20-08 / Tuesday / 6 reps ------------------------   Current weight = 206.0 lbs  (MUAHAHHAHA.  my weight had plateaued for a while. now it's taking off.  I WILL weigh 210 by the end of this HST cycle!!!) 

Squats  2 x 155 (form felt $hitty... except for like, the last 3 reps.  i'll have to work on that) 
Deads 2 x  200 (good form.  first set felt a bit uneven. last set was perfection)  
Flatbench BB   3 x 225 
Lat Pulldowns 2 x 180
Sitting Cable Rows 1 x 180
Shoulder Press BB - 2 x 170 (good form. no problems)
Shrugs Smith  2 x 285 (as long as i PLANT my heels, and drive the weight up with all traps..  no problems) 
Skullcrushers curved BB    2 x 95 
Bicep curved BB standing curls 2 x 95
Standing DB curls   1 x 35's (did 10 reps haha.. was just BS'in around. my biceps wanted more)   
Leg Press Calves   2 x (4x45lb on each side)


well.. the No-Explode worked. i didn't feel jittery.. but it got me ready for my workout.  HOWEVER... 2 hours later, and i'm sitting here typing this all JITTERY.  my fingers are twitching.  i feel great, and very energetic.  hope i can go to sleep in a lil bit hahahhahaSmile

great workout.  was a good 6 rep starting point.

Why you doing lat pulldowns when your able to do weighted pullups with ease (I'm jealous) pullups is the superior exercise for the lats man lol.

b/c my partner and i would have to switch out the damn weight belt with "who knows how much weight" and only for sets of 6? 

it's a time-saver to do the lat pulldowns IMO

holy crap!!

it's only been 15 hours since i lifted.. but my butt, legs, and triceps actually feel a bit SORE!!
i haven't been sore in forever... so this is kinda strange haha.

gonna have to start adding 1.25 lbs on the tricep exercises b/c that siHt was hard to do. and i don't wanna fail right away.

i can still add 2.5 lbs per side for bicep curls though.  the biceps still have a nice range to add weight (and my biceps haven't been sore in years.. not that they are today)
