17 and weigh on average around 170, about what you started off at lol. Although you have/had a lower body fat and more muscle

i weighed 155 when i was 17. stayed that way for several years. just eat big, and lift big. you'll gain slowly. what's ur bodyfat?

I have no idea, i think people on here guessed about 15%? Im 6ft-6ft 1" if it helps?

I had a trainer at the gym measure my BF with calipers and they did the big huge ratio on paper. My BF was 4.6% I weighed around 170 lbs at the time. My abs were just a GLORIOUS sight haha

Ohh I must of missed that when you posted that... didn't want to look like I was attacking you my fault... I'll give you credit doing deadlifts right after squats is tough man i'm going to do that for the next round of hst!!! What surprises me is that you loev to do some isolations but not one ab exercise lol... squats and deadifts work it good but im surprised lol... but anyways im using you as an motivation now dude so keep it up !!!

rofl. thanks guys.. but i'm not THAT special yea, not much point in doing ab exercises right now. if you think about it, why do you work out your abs? to get them stronger, and bigger. well, you really won't see them very much, if at all right now with my bf% and since i'm bulking. but you can bet that i will be doing some hardcore ab work once i start cutting with the cardio as well the abs are partially worked during compound lifts like squats, and deads. not very much, but your core IS flexed a bit to help stabilize.

5-11-08 / Sunday / 10 reps ------------------------ Current weight = 200.0 lbs (went tanning out by my pool for an hour or so on saturday. can't wait to put up a few pictures here in a week or so) Squats 2 x 135 (1rst set just felt weird. knees were fine though. 2nd set was solid perfection.. ATG) Deads 2 x 170 (form felt great) Incline BB Press 2 x 195 (gettin difficult, but i still have more in me) Pullups 2 x (BW + 7.5 lbs) Shoulder Press BB 2 x 135 (have quite a bit more room for more weight) Shrugs Smith 2 x 245 (Gotta rely on traps only. for some reason i try to use my left bicep a bit) Dips 2 x (BW + 20 lbs) Bicep curved BB preacher curls 2 x 80 (this was kinda difficult on the last set but i got them all) Standing Calves 2 x (3x45lb + 25lb on each side)
