Your triceps should be EXTREMELY big to bench 225 at your size of 109 or whatever, because triceps are the major muscle used as far as bench press goes. For biceps, just stick to all your major compounds, and have a back+bicep specialized day as well where you hit them with curls and such.

I honestly don't feel that you need to specialize on anything for forearms; i feel that they are already worked in quite a few other compound exercises. As for biceps, there are already quite a few threads that you can look into under the "Training" topic that might actually be some help to you.

You don't really need to do anything for forearms, because they're usually worked in other exercises. Say you do bicep curls, at the bottom curl your wrists. This way you will work both forearms and biceps.

these are tips for the arm exercise . Use a lighter weight and keep the movement slow and controlled. You can also do this exercise with a bar attached to a low cable pulley.

I just find that hard to believe, especially if he is 109.

I tend to agree. (Don't take it personally bodybuilda) but your lack of good routines and knowledge of weightlifting and the fact that you constantly contradict yourself kind of mars the ridiculous claims you make. If you want, you could get a digital camera, use the record on it and post it here and try to prove us all wrong. Until then, i'm not convinced.
