My real name is Rob. Haven't taken any progress pictures lately, so i can't post any for you. :) Keep doing circuit training is the best advice i can offer you. Also, do interval sprints every 2 days. Sprint for 10-15 seconds and then walk for a minute. Do this for 5-10 minutes and build up your times until you're doing 15-20 minutes.

the sprints sounds like a great idea, b/c it's something i can stick with. (me choca running. bleck). i miss lifting everyday in my school weight room soooooooo much! i'm not quite sure what sport i'm going for yet. i'm going to try to re-learn tumbling, so i can go for a cheering scholarship, but if not then maybe crew, but i'd have to put on some weight for that heavy rowing. i don't think in a year i could get good enough at soccer, but maybe, we'll see in time i suppose...

oh. haha. not actually moving. i meant moving about. and we play a different sport every week. i just played football earlier, we came in a watched a game, and then we played sand volleyball. woo!

yay!!! i'm joining a gym. i found one i like i think. it's really affordable, and that's good. like, $35 a month! and i walked around and liked that the freeweight area was the largest. then machines, then a few bikes and treadmills. there weren't many ppl there and there was only one other girl, which i liked b/c honestly, most girls in the gym are just a pain. but she was pretty ripped so i knew she was down. ppl seemed to be minding there own business, either alone or with one other person, and no one was being loud or messing around. i'm going to go back and join today, and lift before work if i can get there on time. i haven't lifted in a while, so i'm looking to start w/ chest and tris. i'm going to look back and try to find one of my old chest/tri workouts to do...
