i really don't know what to do with my diet i want to lose some fat just so i won't look so bulky and i'm scared to work out because i don't want my muscles getting any bigger. i wish someone here would just give me some solid info on diet (like an equation) that i could work with. i'm just getting frustrated i don't want to look like this for prom and its May 7th!!! ahh!!

Thursday 3/17/05 chest/back w/pat bench 8-65 6-75 4-85 db press drop downs 4 reps at 3 levels 3 sets w/ 2lb dbs lat pull downs- 3x8-80 1 db rows- 3x8-25 db crossover flys- 3x10-10 ok i don't know what these are called and neither did pat but you lay face down on an incline bench and basically do upside down flys for your back. 3x8-10

800kcals in a day is terrible, but at least you acknowledge that. Good good - That's progress alone. Don't worry about growing "bulky". Honestly, it'll take years of heavy lifting for you to become even remotely muscular beyond fitness model chick. Unless you use drugs. Females simply lack the anabolic hormone testosterone in large enough quantitiy. And weight lifting is by far and away the best form of exercise for partitioning (where the calories go) and fat loss. I think you just need to find the balance between your dancing and your lifting. May 7th is still a good 8-10 weeks away which is more than adequate time to get into really ****-hot shape for all the fellas.

ok so for lunch i had two scoops of ice cream and a small cup of sour gummy worms. that was sooooo not the plan. but i did have an isopure during my lift and i did go lift which is a pleasant surprise. 03/22/05 Tuesday 8th period flat press 3x10-65 incline db 1x6-25 2x7-20 incline crossover fly 3x10-10 deadlift 3x7-115 i didn't do so well but i guess it's because i haven't gone in almost 3 weeks. i was going to do 2 more back exercises but the gym class kids took over. i hope i'll be able to go back tomorrow.

3/22/05 Tuesday diet No carb day cals F/C/P eat 5 egg whites for breakfast 82 0 2 17 2 scoops ice cream 358 20 42 6 protein shake at lunch 160 0 0 40 get home have 2 cans of tuna 300 3 0 65 fruit snacks cals? F?/19/1 milk 2% 180 8 18 12 Total 1209 34/83/142 ok so i didn't do so hot. but my cals are low and i got enough protein!

not really. it's coming up on the end of the year, and i have some really big tests to spend all my time studying for. but i am doing crunches, pushups and some bi and shoulder work w/ my 8 lb dumbells at home. the tests are during the next 2 weeks. maybe after that i'll start again. i'd like to. how are you doing? seeing progress?

i did 40 pushups and 40 crunches last night. because i'd had a crazy day and went to bed at 12:30am and had a HUGE test today for lit so yea. i did something. oh yea i did 40 arm curls too b/c my heaviest weight is an 8lbs db but my arms are sore. haha.

Tuesday 6/21/05 3:00pm i'm back! yey i've graduated and now i'm in georgia visiting my mom for the summer before i move to miami. my lil bro has a bench and 4 20s so it's not much to work with but i'll just need to get creative. i've been looking to cut a lil anyway since i put on some fat in my not-working out for a while. i'm also trying to get my diet back in shape so i'll post what i eat to help keep me on track. here's today. bis/tris bb curls 40-3x8 close grip bench 40-3x12 bb curls (wide) 40-3x5 diet 2 waffles plain bench dips 3x10
