Cycle 2 Week 6 Day 1

By the time the lady finished studying it was too late to go. I could've lifted at home but I don't have a squat rack right now and the first day is lower. I can do a whole upper lift at home so that's nice. Our free Y memberships expired so we'll have to figure out what to do. Maybe I'll build some tall plyo boxes and they can double as a squat rack...

Edit: I wanted to note that for the last week I've been watching my diet and choosing "6 pack foods". It's not too strict yet but I've cut out all sweets, mayo and breads right now. Trying to move to more veggies and cutting down on the sauces. Then I'll figure out what to drink when we eat out (hate water).

Moved the plates and bar downstairs. That was a workout in and of itself. Did a set of squats and 4 jumps on the box. I'll do some more later.

First workout on the new garage "gym". So nice to be able to lift at 2:30 in the morning.

3x10-85 (to a 14" cooler. since it was a cooler I couldn't bounce for momentum, just touch and go)

So happy. Of course while I was in there I was thinking up all the other things I want now. Smile The lady said she'd get me a bench in a couple weeks. Yey!

Only problem is this standard bar. It only weighs 15# and I only have 70# to put on it and everytime I'm racking weights I feel like it might tip. It already has 3 times since I got it. Smile

why are you lifting at 2:30 in the morning? do u have a night job, or just felt motivated at that time?  or was it just in reference to a possible future scenario
