Monday Cycle 2 Week 6 Day 1 OFF By the time the lady finished studying it was too late to go. I could've lifted at home but I don't have a squat rack right now and the first day is lower. I can do a whole upper lift at home so that's nice. Our free Y memberships expired so we'll have to figure out what to do. Maybe I'll build some tall plyo boxes and they can double as a squat rack... Edit: I wanted to note that for the last week I've been watching my diet and choosing "6 pack foods". It's not too strict yet but I've cut out all sweets, mayo and breads right now. Trying to move to more veggies and cutting down on the sauces. Then I'll figure out what to drink when we eat out (hate water).

Sunday Cycle 2 Week 6 Day 7 Moved the plates and bar downstairs. That was a workout in and of itself. Did a set of squats and 4 jumps on the box. I'll do some more later.

Update: I put in my Y application yesterday. Hopefully that'll go through soon. I'm trying to sell all my home equipment on craigslist before we move.
