Thursday Cycle 2 Week 3 Day 4 Lift A 129lbs 2 scoops (25g protein) cytogainer post ____________________________ Back squat 4x5-99 (10kg + 5lb) Deadlift 1x5-115 4x5-135 Front squat 2x6-65 (ass to the floor) 2x10-115 (partials to help catch portion of clean) Overhead squat 2x8-45 (getting lower. better balance) DB SLDL 4x8-40 Split jumps 2x8-15 (They're easier but I still hate them.)

Friday Cycle 2 Week 3 Day 5 Lift B 129lbs (pants) Protein bar (19g) post ____________________________ Power Clean 4x3-89 (10kg plate. Got easier through the sets. Getting better at catch. Could add 5lbs.) Pull ups 4x5-bw (underhand. not quite to lockout) Push Press 4x5-75 (hard. popped myself in the chin on the first one.haha) DB row 3x6-45 Bench press 3x5-95 DB Snatch 2x3-40 (shoulder started to bug me so cut the last set) Inverted row 2x8-bw

ripped what are your actual goals? im prity damn impressed how hard you work.. damn all the girls i no would never step into a gym.. but i did see a girl bench 135 , 8 times!! it was when i first started training i was like 16, and squatting 135 lbs , 8 times i was so happy, thinking i was ace then i got off the rack,and she went straight on and reped 155 * 10 !! damn i was embarrassed at the time lol (not meaning to be sexest).. ,, but yeah anyway keep working and im sure you'l be benching 135 very soon!!

Saturday Cycle 2 Week 3 Day 6 Pre-hab Decline bench 1x6-95 1x5-105 1x2-115 (with a little help so it doesn't count yet) I seem to be developing a bit of an RC strain so I did some stretches for that and I'll probably take the week off from exercises that irritate it (row, snatch, pull ups). I also did some auxillary elbow exercises but the only one that didn't bother my shoulder was dips. ____________________________ To answer your questions I have lifting goals for the end of this 8 week cycle listed below. I have a 1.5 year plan to be very strong 185/255/255 and very fast (sub 5.0 40) should I decide to play football again. After this 8 week cycle I have a 4 week cycle with a higher rep range and then the summer dedicated to speed training. Bench Press 115 Squat 155 Deadlift 155 Clean 115 DB Snatch 60 Push Press 95

Overhead Squat 3x2-45 3x5-fitstick Leg extension 2x8-40 (explosive con, slow ec) 2x8-25 (same) Leg curl 3x12-25 (same) 45 degree Glute Ham raise 3x10-35 (same) superset w/ Decline situps 3x15-bw (fast) Overhead squat (w/ 5lb plates under heels) 2x10-fitstick 1x3-45 1x3-45 (knee slipped forward hurt something a bit) ____________________________ I think my knee will be just fine but it'd be nice to have some lifting shoes so I don't have to do the overheads with my heels on plates.

Saturday Cycle 2 Week 4 Day 6 OFF I took the day off from any lifting or hardcore cardio but I went up to the courts and shot hoops for 45 minutes.
