ripped what are your actual goals? im prity damn impressed how hard you work.. damn all the girls i no would never step into a gym.. but i did see a girl bench 135 , 8 times!! it was when i first started training i was like 16, and squatting 135 lbs , 8 times i was so happy, thinking i was ace then i got off the rack,and she went straight on and reped 155 * 10 !! damn i was embarrassed at the time lol (not meaning to be sexest).. ,, but yeah anyway keep working and im sure you'l be benching 135 very soon!!

I seem to be developing a bit of an RC strain so I did some stretches for that and I'll probably take the week off from exercises that irritate it (row, snatch, pull ups).

I also did some auxillary elbow exercises but the only one that didn't bother my shoulder was dips.

To answer your questions I have lifting goals for the end of this 8 week cycle listed below. I have a 1.5 year plan to be very strong 185/255/255 and very fast (sub 5.0 40) should I decide to play football again. After this 8 week cycle I have a 4 week cycle with a higher rep range and then the summer dedicated to speed training.

Bench Press 115
Squat 155
Deadlift 155
Clean 115
DB Snatch 60
Push Press 95

Normally today would be upper day but because of the shoulders I'm taking this week off from upper lifts.

I did, however, do some awesome grocery shopping.Smile

Some things I got:

- Whole peppers, onions, squash, broccoli

- Idaho and sweet potatoes

- Protein powder

- Plums, apples, kiwi and bananas

- Ingredients to make my own granola with oats, nuts and dried cranberries and apricots

- $50 worth of beef from the local meat shop. A package of steaks and ground chuck.

I spent tonight cutting up the veggies and putting them in baggies. When I pick up my meat order tomorrow I'll cook up the veggies with some ground beef.

Tonight I had a wonderful apricot breaded chicken with cheese and broccoli. Yum!Smile

I put the safety bars in the squat rack up to the height of my upper abs area and front squat it off the bars. It's a short rom with safety catches so I can put on up to 200% 1rm and lock it out. Eventually working the pins down and the weight up for full front squats. Similar idea to rack pulls.
