ok. even though i really really really wanted to nap on the catwalk i lifted. chest. 3/1/05 Tuesday 8th flat press 4x8-65(much nicer should step up weight next time) incline 4x8-45 (good) flat db 1x8-20 3x8-25 (ooo tough but felt alright) flat flys 4x8-15 (tough) overhead ez 1x8-20 3x8-25 (good) incline db press 4x8-15 incline flys 4x8-12 and for how insanely tired i am that's good enough for me. it was weird when i started out on bench though and i think that's why it was so clean and good form because i couldn't even feel the weight. i thought about throwing more on there but in my condition reconsidered. i'm way tired.

You do a lot of volume, don't you think? Are your overhead EZ's for triceps, yeah?

i did a lot b/c i had more time. overhead ez is laying down strait arm for chest. i just had a great chat with my buddy pat. i'm going to go nap on the catwalk for 30 minutes until rehearsal starts. 3/3/05 Thursday 5th period back/traps deadlift 4x8-115(more) bb row 4x8-45 superset OH & UH lat pulldown 90lbs 8-8, 6-4, 6-8, 8-8 (very hard) db shrugs 4x12-25 i'm all off this week again b/c we had a snowday yesterday. i'm thinking i'll do bis/tris 5th tomorrow and legs 8th and then do abs and shoulders at home with my dbs. next week i'll only have 25 minute periods so i'll prob only get in 3 exercises for each group. but that's all i can do so oh well. time for my nap!

even though i really didn't want to i got in there and busted out legs. even with the annoying P.E. kids harassing me and sitting on equipment. 3/4/05 Friday 8th period legs squat 1x10-65 1x10-85 3x10-115 (finally found a good weight) leg ext 4x10-60 (with some annoying sophmore hitting on me...while i'm lifting!!) SLDL 4x10-45 (never done these before but i like 'em way better than leg curls) db calf raises 4x20-40 bb lunges 4x10-45 (ahhh it burns! that was so hard and it felt like cardio in my chest but i've never really liked lunges before and those were pretty sweet, plus i know my butt's gonna get a kick out of those now!lol) okey dokey now it's time to go home and get all spiffy-d up for the girls night out!

Just cause you have the time doesn't mean you should do extra volume by the way, but you seem to be progressing nicely so it's cool. I can't picture these EZ bar lifts - is it a pullover type movement?

i won't quit entirely but break dancing is like gymnastics. gymnists rarely lift weights because their training alone builds all the muscle and flexibility they need. plus if i start dancing seriously again, i'll be way to tired to lift as much as a have been. but i'm taking breaking slowly b/c of my wrist. Friday 3/11/05 evening i did 1:15 low-med intensity dance. no breaking yet.

Monday 3/14/05 6th period ok so now that i'm cutting i've been trying to keep closer track of my diet instead of eating everything and mda's diet looked interesting with the zig zag idea and i calculated my needed calories at 1400 so days 1,2,3 would be at 1120 and then day 4 would be at 1400. so far today i've had: 1/2 honey roasted nuts(we didn't have plain) fruit and grain bar pop tarts(not good but all we had that i could grab out the door) thermo burst myoplex carb sense bar (254 cals 29g protein/ 21g carbs/ 6g fat/ 190 mg sodium)i'm also watching my sodium now that i'm cutting.

ok i went to the nutrition forum and did all that math and to maintain at a moderate activity level i need 2190 calories a day. that minus 20%-438 is 1752. now that seems a lot more reasonable b/c i put my food that i'll eat today in fitday and came up with 1698 and that's with only drinking water. now my percetages are way off i have a ton of carbs but at least i'm in the limit. 1698 C59%/P21%/F20%

By "go steady" i mean don't think that 1 is good so 3 must be better. You come across as an intelligent woman, but a lot of women get too pill-poppin' happy and begin to rely on thermos to make up for a poor diet. And there have been cases where younger girls have gotten them and pushed themselves too hard using them, resulting in strokes, heart attacks and comas.

oh no worries they burned too much i didn't like them and 3 pills is the serving size or whatever. Tuesday 3/15/05 finished up at 1912cals P23/C58/F19 no time for dance. papers to write and all. i knew if i got there last night i would eat something bad. there was candy and cookies and fudge everywhere. i had 6 mini reese's cups. it could have been worse. i'm pretty proud of myself. today i'll try again to hit closer to 1700.
