ORIGINAL: rippedchick my lower left back and chest was twinging bad last night. it was weird. Are you drinking enough/too much water? Did it feel like muscle cramping, or just muscle twitching, or just a general pain.

it was a definite twitching. it didn't hurt at all. just feels weird. it happened again today in my chest a lot even when i would just cross my arms. and when i did leg lifts on the captain chair my lower left back started twitching again. i dunno if i should keep working until it stops or what. it doesn't hurt though. just, never felt this before.

If it becomes painful, back off a little.

ok. i think it might be b/c i've had quite a bit of caffine in me since last night (hence the non-sleeping) so maybe i should drink more water? 2/15/05 Tuesday home 4:30-5:00p I ran!!!! I ran a 2:50 400 and then I ran 11 sprints up this hill in my neighborhood. I don't know how far it was but from a GK it looked a little less than midfield. Then I split the distance into 4 parts and ran a suicide before I ran a 2:50 400 back. I was so tired but so proud of myself! I much prefer sprints to long distance. I read in ESPN mag today that genetically some people are programed for sports like sprinting and football because they have 2 of this gene that codes for fast-twitch muscle fibers and some people don't have them and are more built for endurance. I definitely think I'm one of the former. I don't mind sprinting as much b/c of the great recovery and it only last a little while and then you get to rest. Man I can't for the life of me go out if I think i'm going to have to run strait for 20 min. I hate running the 3 min to my hill! I wonder if it's ok to run different kinds of sprints but just stay away from the long distance. I know it's good and everything but it totally sux. Definitely the week point in my life.lol when people ask me what I can't do I always say "run." They think it's funny but it's true. When I'm in a group I run with the fat people. It sux b/c I excel at everything else. But I guess I'll just take it in baby steps. Maybe a little running everyday will eventually add up to a lot running later. Let's hope! ~Bobbi

2/16/05 Wednesday 6th period stupid coach left and closed the weight room! grrr. my lifting shedule was already off b/c i have my AFROTC interview friday but now i don't know what to do. i was supposed to do shoulder/traps/wrists last period and chest 8th. now i guess i'll just go strait to chest and do what i can of shoulders at home. he won't let me lift 6th and then he goes and leaves 5th. what's up with that?! You're the weightroom advisor! that's what you get paid to do! so sit your arse in the weightroom and stop messing up my schedule! gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! ~Bobbi

haha. yea. in class i'll just start lifting my desk repeatedly.lol 2/17/05 Thursday 5th period can't go to ski club. too much homework. I have a test to study for 6th. I've already taken 3 and bombed my math one b/c i've been napping in class. here's what i did this period. ez curls (close) 4x8-25 ez curls (wide) 4x8-35 db curls 4x8-15 incline db curls 3x8-12 1x20-12 sometimes if i'm still good on the last rep of the last set i'll just go to failure. on those inclines if i had concentrated i probably could've gone to 25. I'm doing tris 8th and then i'm not lifting tomorrow because of my AFROTC interview. I'll be dressed up all day and I don't want to go lift and mess up my hair or something. I've eaten 4 rather small pieces of cheese pizza today. ok i must study! ~Bobbi
