well.. here's my experience CEE = nothing really noticeable to me KRE-alk = noticeable, and i liked it cell-tech = gave me strength.. but also chest pain

Current weight : 202.4 lbs 32 in" waist 10.5% body fat - Jan 2008 Current BF : 13% 16.5 in' bicep 305 lb. max bench (in Jan. 08) 300 lb. max bench (on April 15th, 2008) 200 lb. Barbell Overhead press 1 rep max (April 2008) Deadlift max = 275 lbs (april 15, 2008) Curved barbell Curl max = 130 lbs. (April 15, 2008) max squat = I don't know.. injured myself Supplements Sweet Potato Smoothie daily Musclemilk - cytogainer (gots to get ma' carbs) Whey protein smoothie in the A.M. (peanut butter, milk, whey, oatmeal = yum) Fish oil, vit. c, multivitamin Working out is 90% mental... 10% physical It's not quantity, it's quality.

but with mono you loose about 60% of what you gained, CEE is held to about 10-20% no matter what the circumstance one can expect to loose some gains. and also i have read studies on CEE. it is not proven anymore effective than mono, however for my body it seems to work best. thats why i stated it can interchange benefits from one person to the next

yea i have deff. seen that supplement effect people defferentlly for example lots of guys took creatine to hit a 260 1 rep bench max..i jsut took protine. so your right that one supplement that is awesome for some one might not be so hot for some one else. but we wills ee wat happends with the cell tech and then decied wat should be my next move in the game of lifting

yeah man def finish out the cell tech as you will see some gains plus you already have it. then i would say move on to better stuff. keep in mind product pimping is usually a sign of OVER PRICED and UNDER ACHIEVING. anything i can help you out with feel free to message me bro. best wishes quote:

I loved it. Actually, when I got off it I stayed the same weight, and just got leaner.

you dont loose muscle, you loose the water rentention which causes you to loose some size.
