Silverfox
you should give Size on a try
Its worked great for me
has creatine mono
but not all the sugar of cell tech.
also has a different delivery method that is not reliant on the insulin spike.
you sip Sizeon during your workout-instead of before or after.
plus it won't break the bank either!

but with mono you loose about 60% of what you gained, CEE is held to about 10-20% no matter what the circumstance one can expect to loose some gains. and also i have read studies on CEE. it is not proven anymore effective than mono, however for my body it seems to work best. thats why i stated it can interchange benefits from one person to the next

I highly doubt you'll have any problems with Sizeon.  I loved it.  Actually, when I got off it I stayed the same weight, and just got leaner.

In reality all of us here are playing out this scenario just different goals, we put our bodies through god awful time spent working out and eating to a near perfect point for years to MAYBE reach a goal.

So you're saying that you lose muscle when you stop taking Creatine? I'm not following here.
