Cell-tech is a good creatine, but I'd never pay the dollars they want for it. Ditch Nitro-Tech though. Ridiculously overpriced for the type of protein it is.

yes... I have stacked these 2 products together. I got good results from the nitrotech.. but it DOES taste like llama butthole. here's what is pretty much gonna happen. You're gonna swell up nice and big from the creatine and fell extra strength. then, when you quit, you will shrink and lose all that wonderful water weight. I vote you don't get the cell-tech... and try some kre-alkalyn (the best type of creatine). you'll get the energy that you're wanting and avoid the bloating that the cell-tech gives. that's my opinion. stack nitrotech with kre-alkalyn. That's what I've been doing (except I added a pro-hormone as well)

why is the fact that you retain water on creatine so exaggerated and looked upon as a bad thing? I would not suggest another creatine outsid e of the basic monohydrate form. one good thing about the cell tech is that it gives you a good dextrose source along with ALA. something similar and cheaper, gnc creadrive or optimum nutritions pre load creatine. both are like 20 something for 40 servings. or you can get a cheap unflavored one and mix in a dextrose source.

I loved SizeOn. It was tits. Good strength gains, good weight gain, good price. Solid product IMO.

It gave me chest pains after about 3 weeks to where I felt like I was having a heart attack. The kre-alkalyn was fine though. felt lots of power, no bloating, and no chest pains.

When I bought cell tech/nitro tech, I got a lighter wallet. SizeOn & Superpump250 by Gaspari Nutrition. ON 100% Whey by Optimum Nutrition for protein.

Not necessarily. However, the weight you gained that you thought was muscle was water. So it is psychologically destructive.

CEE and Kre-Alkalyn are both ineffective. Cougar, you arent going to go gain 10 lbs of water weight, its not like youll be on roids and then right off. Stick with the cell tech and nitro tech stack, its a good stack if you dont have to pay for it :)

what makes you say they are ineffective? i have use both and seen good results with both. nothing crazy. but noticable as creatine is supposed to do. and i know there are studies and such, but there are studies to everything. it may work for one person, and then not for someone else. water weight to a certain extent is a good thing, it helps promote anabolic state. I would say use what you have but next time stick with a different creatine and then you have more money to spend on other supps aka BCAA's, Glutamine, GABA, ect. good luck man
