do you think theres such thing as taking too many vitamins? or not just vitamins necessarily, but pills overall.

i've heard of people taking a lot, but if they're all water soluable and you drink enough water, it should be fine...right?
(i take 1 animal pak packet, 2 creatine pills, 2 glutamine pills, a multi, a vitamin c pill, and one for fish oil.. is this too much?)

No I take a multi vitamin, calcium, iron and vitamin E. I also take vitamin C in the winter or when one of my roomies is sick to keep it out of my system and fish oil when I remember. If my creatine was in pill form I would be taking that too.

Personally i would cut the multi and vitamin C out and save the money since your taking the animal pak.

well the multis/vit c are cheap anyways, it's walmart brand. and animal pak is missing a few things that the multi is offering. and a serving for the animal pak is 2 packets, i take just 1.
