when you are at astand still the best thing to do is alternate your WO's. your muscles are used to it. try runnign a 10x10 workout. use 65% of your max. do one core lift a day and then follow that up with some supersets. then the following week go back to 5x5, after that back to 10x10 and so on. good luck
