Just took my first pill this morning before working out.  I felt like I got some energy benefits but if anything they were kept to a minimum.  It may be because I have been using Superpump 250 for the last month and a half.

You're not the only one that's said that - it's a common assumption people make, mainly with vitamin c.  It comes from the fact that you pee out any excess vitamin c that your body doesn't use, and this gives people a feeling that it is cleansing them of more than just the c.  Excess b12 is also dumped out through urine.

How much do you normally take. I got like 250mcg ones, how many do I need to take.

b-12 can be injected but u can buy a very small pill that you can put under your tongue to get it into your blood stream quicker. (dont get the pills that you swallow they dont work well at all) i usually take 1000mcg and i can tell the i have more energy. they're not that expensive either
