B-12???
-
Wednesday, March 05, 2008 11:17 AM
I've been taking Superpump 250 for the last month and running out. For me, it's to damn expensive for what it does to stay on it. So today I went to Wal-Mart and browsed around in the vitamins and picked up a bottle of 60 tabs High Potency B-12. B-12 from my understanding gives you energy correct? You take these tabs sublingual, meaning under the tongue, and they absorb in your bloodstream. The bottle claims each tab has 2500 mcg of B-12, otherwise 41,667% of your daily value of B-12. The bottle was 5 bucks. I was going to pop one of these things next time I worked out and see if I saw any energy benefits from it. I realize most of the energy you get from Superpump is probably from caffeine, but hey B-12 worked for Roger right?? Ha jk Let me know what you think.

I used to take B12 when I needed more energy, and it did the trick. Another option that beats caffeine is ginseng.

B12 rocks man. It's a much more subtle energy than you get from cafiene though... If you dont feel it in the first few days of taking it you might want to take a week off of everything to refresh your receptors before you start back up.

You shoulda seen our track team last year, everyone was popping B12 pills left and right. At the state meet a couple of the guys on our mile and 2mile relays injected some... We were the State Champs last year by the way. Got the ring to prove it. Anyways, I loved it, but doesn't it also speed up your metabolism? I don't need that at all.

does b-12 show a noticable difference in energy? like ill be having spring football practice coming up, and every wednesdays we have like agility and speed competitions between our respective positions... would B-12 boost my energy and give me an edge in any way? or would i be better taking a thermogenic like basic cuts or HH?
