I think I'll store that right next to my protein spray

Here we go again.

The only way to go with hGH are injectables and hGH cycles range from 5-8 months, not 3-4weeks like pill popping prohormones or OTC sprays.

That’s injecting once or twice per day normally 5 days on, 2 days off. Some go 7 days a week. IMO taking real hGH at your age shouldn't even be considered. Consider that an average 20 year old produces on a daily basis about 2 IU’s on his own. 30 year old about 1.5 IU’s, a 40 year old 1.0, maybe 1.5 IU’s and declines even more as we age.

OTC hGH products advertise they have the "highest effective dose allowed for OTC". What they are doing is squirting a couple of hundred thousand nanograms of HGH in some kind of suspension and then marketing that it contains "real" HGH. The average dose for these is 2.000 nanograms or less. It takes a million nanograms to equal one milligram (1mg = 3 IU's). At approximately a minimum of $50 (and that was a few years ago) for about 4 IU’s and needing an average of 2-3 IU’s per day depending on the individual

IMO, I don’t think hGH by itself is going to make much of a difference for bodybuilding purposes unless you’re a pro and taking it like a pro can get pretty expensive.

Smile

hgh is a great supplement, i highly recommend it

/cutler

dont do it. its roids. it will kill you. and the rest of your family.

thats a stupid thing to say. anyone that refers to steroids as roids has a very sparse knowledge of anything to do with them..

HGH imo is not as dangerous as ''roids' im no expert but if you were to get bloods after a hgh cycle compared with a d-bol or even t-bol cycle you would see hgh does not mess with natural bodily hormones as BADLY, but dont get me wrong it still does.It can be very benifitical for a mans health... however the stuff you are looking to buy is herbs which help glands in the brain to secrete more hgh into your system much like trib encourages your body to release more test..
