Ingriedients to six pack abs: Perfect diet, and solid cardio routine. Lifting is not a neccessity, but would be very beneficial to increase calorie burn.

Or, if you wanna really get a six or an eight, and be a man...

Play Lacrosse.

Cut calories/cardio/measure results/depending on results, maintain calorie count or cut more calories and or more cardio....Its that simple.  I got mine back in 8 weeks and had a nice beer belly padding over my abs. You have to have abs in the first place though or your gonna look like a diseased kid.

Yet is right. I hate when people only pitty the jews. There were 5 million jews killed but everyone seems to forget the 6-7 million Christians killed also. Btw, Hitler wasn't the worst person to do crimes against humanity. Stalin killed 40mil+ and that is being modest.
